    Titans fan here they just broke ground on our new dome this past February. I can't wait to see what the stadium will look like this coming February. At least yall sill still have an open-air stadium.

      Make sense to build a dome to use year round Dallas, Minnesota, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Indianapolis all have great dome stadiums in my Opinion.

    Why does the structure look rusty

      It's called weathering steel. The steel is intentionally rusted to protect the structural integrity and allows for minimal maintenance

      @@NARANKIN Most or all of the weathering steel won't be visible once construction is complete. It definitely helps reduce maintenance costs over the long run.

      It's more than likely came from the steel fabricator with a raw mill scale finish that will get covered with a spray on fire proofing.

    Well. Just remember this, folks. There is only ONE NFL football 🏈 team from New York. The Buffalo Bills 🦬 (Orchard Park, Erie County, New York).
    The (New Jersey) Giants and the (New Jersey) Jets play at MetLife, Inc. Stadium 🏟️, which is PHYSICALLY LOCATED in the Borough of East Rutherford, Bergen County, New Jersey, seven miles west of New York City.

      It will have a canopy that will cover about two thirds of the fans.

    I really hope we get big ass bisons 🦬 . At least 20 feet. I thought 50 feet but I hope at least 20 feet. Without big 🦬 it's going to ruin it. Also make the eyes fire pits that can light up fir night games. It's 2024 I'm sure we can do some crazy electronics

      I guess they like 7 feet of snow like they got a couple of years ago, and had to play the game in Detroit, a DOME stadium.

    What a waste. It's another open air stadium in a major snow area. A dome stadium should have been built downtown. Oh, but but but ... that would be difficult !

    Hopefully this stadium isn’t being built on a old Native American burial ground, the owners should do a smudging ceremony just to make sure it doesn’t have the bad luck that the one in Orchard Park

      It's more practical to build a new one. They found that the current stadium has problems with structural integrity (i.e., the decaying upper deck) that would take a pretty penny alone just to keep the place upright.
