In Mexico we add tomato’s onions jalapeño salt and garlic to a pan and much the tomato’s down a little to almost make a sauce. We then add it to some cooked eggs and it’s amazing.
Dude. Cooked tomatoes and raw tomatoes taste different. It's ok not to like the raw taste of tomatoes. I don't like that raw taste either, but I love cooked tomatoes.
i would recomend when you season the eggs dont use water and the tomato its gotta be a little thinner and when you cook it u add the tomato first and when 2-5 minutes add the eggs to the tomato.
I add a little bit of dark soy sauce and instead of chilli I use chilli powder and sometimes when I want it to be a little more filling I just add a cube of cheese and boom 💥 Enjoy 🌚❤

try adding in milk/cream into the eggs to fluff up the eggs mix and strain before frying.
