Lowhigh's Steve was influenced a lot by from his deathmatches with bare_chi. You should see the lowhigh vs bare_chi mirror matches back in Tekken 7, it was crazy. Lowhigh copied some of his mixups and offensive strats. Since then, Lowhigh has gotten better with Steve. Can't forget Nobi, I consider Nobi one of the best Steve players in the world too. Buppamen is really good with Steve, but I think bare_chi and Nobi are better.

The weaker player fundamentally (Buppamen) went toe to toe with the superior player (LowHigh) and tied him. He's also ranked higher. Meaning: Buppaman is the better T8 Steve user in ranked atm.
Regardless, Barechi is more fun to watch than either of them and knows how to make cool shit effective against matchup he's comfortable with.
