My wife definitely notices scent. One of the first things we did after getting married was throw away 90% of the cologne I owned.

Apparently most of it made me smell like an old man.
Aqua or citrus smells make them comfortable but spicy, earthy smells kindle passion. Am no aromatherapy expert but just from personal experience. Also, avoid the regular brands. Some french brands come up with colognes for a single season and next year it will be something else. Those have always worked wonders as they are very distinctive and mysterious.

As someone with a lot of experience with men's fragrances, I assure everyone women overwhelmingly like very synthetic-smelling fragrances. Fragrances that are in the "Freshy" genre, and to many professional perfumer's noses come across as "cold, sharp, metallic, scratchy, screechy."
Dior Sauvage is extremely synthetic and metal/screechy, and is one of the most popular scents with women that has ever existed. Others would be Nautica Voyage and Paco Rabanne 1 Million, to name just a couple of many. Just look for cheap (ish, meaning almost always under $100, sometimes much less) Freshy Aquatics. They are often even much more popular (to young women especially) than high-end fragrances that cost five times as much. In my opinion, they are horrible fragrances, instant headache and nausea-inducers. But women absolutely *LOVE* them. No joke. Go in to your local Ulta store and ask the very attractive women there what their favorite men's cologne is that they sell...they will tell you that all the ladies go over to Sauvage every day just to smell the bottle.
Be forewarned...you may absolutely hate it. It is really...really...bad.

This is very broad advice but sound. Not just with women but in all aspects of life. The devil being in the details of course so all you guys who say "money" or "women are just as varied as guys are in their tastes" are missing the big picture of what this guy has to say. These things are very real and not a bad thing for a woman to pay attention to. If you think they are then you are nieve. Take this advice as warmly and as openly as possible and you will see results. It is all very respectable advice
My lady told me she picked me because I was older, more serious and more intelligent than the average guys. That was in the university days. No overly complicated details like that list, simple and straight to what matters, as expected from a physics student she was. Women are quite diverse and that list varies wildly depending on age, context, cultural heritage, country, social condition, religion, etc.
You are kind of proofing what the video says. "Older, more serious, more inteligent" many women are looking for this, but not many guys efficiently communicate it even if they are like that. Clothing is part of a communication. If you are the only guy in shirt in a room of guys in t-shirts with starwars picture, guy in shirt looks more mature. People are judging based on appearance because that is the first information they receive. They can change their mind, but oftentimes they either stop caring at all or at least you are in an disadvantaged position from the beginning because of some judgement they already made. Also people hate mixed signals in general, so if for somebody comes in tshirt for running, that might generate some interest from somebody who is really running, but after the second person finds the first doesn't run, it is kind of laying.
Also if a girl is looking for a skater boy, but there is a guy who is skating but she meets him in a suit, he has to approach her and in the conversation he must mention he is doing skating. And then it is also a question if this will be trusted because it is mixed signals. If he was dressed like a skater he doesn't even have to say he is one.
The triangle is not only about looking good, it is about communicating qualities. Fit shows health and style, fabric shows competence and money, purpose is telling who you are. Women don't think about those things analytically but it really gives them some feeling. Also there are some more or less justified prejudices (torn clothing=neglectful, irresponsible etc.) that people use if you like it or not.
I am from IT sector so I was kind of not aware of this dimension lol, but most people operate like this and if you learn the "language" it makes your life much easier.

I 'll be honest, I am short 5'4 and ugly as hell and my girlfriend is half my age, cute like a ballerina model, smart, speaks several languages, plays piano, we had an instant bond from the first day we spoke. You talked about articles of clothing to build up the shoulders. I find it alot easier to have my shoulders build up my clothing. A simple dumbell routine once to twice a week for shoulders has done wonders for me. Nothing too extreme but not easy either

Good to have a discussion on this because the core issue is for a man to strive to be the best he can - clean, healthy, in shape, etc. But mainly you should do this for yourself, not specifically to attract a woman. Not bodybuilder extent, just enough to enhance your masculine physique and show you are healthy and you look after yourself. Aim to be the strongest version of yourself and create a good impression. The above tips are useful but don't try too hard to accomplish them all. You can use them to see where you fall short on any of them then you could try to change it but remember to be yourself. Don't be something you are not. Money, big penis, only applies to a handful. Men need to avoid those like the plague unless it's what you want.

Women initially notice the physical aspects same as men. After that they judge your personality and they base that on your "presence", in essence they will notice the alpha of a group or even the general traits if you're flying solo. After a initial contact (introductions, etc...) they will try to determine the type of person you are based on your conversation. In that she will try to determine your levels of strength (not necessarily physical), intellect, emotion and awareness. She will also be looking to see how well you pay attention to her overall, something she says that you can reference later in the conversation can make a huge difference. Also, the color of her hair and especially her eyes matter when you can mention them. Knowing those details shows her you're looking at more than just her more "pronounced" assets. Women are also a lot less forgiving with what is said than men are. When you say something to a woman before she's had a long time to get to know you it can completely change her emotion toward you, so be mindful to be not only truthful but careful worded as well.

Hey Antonio, i know that you see me mostly in the comments section of your channel, but i haven't shared your videos through social media... I've done something better, I've shared it with the real world. I've been trying on new clothes and getting feedback from people. I usually just wear normal clothes (like, in the summer, shorts and a shirt and in the winter sweatpants and a normal shirt). But then I've tried something new that i only wear on very special Occasions, a suit or a sports jacket and a button up shirt, and I've never gotten better feedback ever. Now, i normally wear this daily and everyone looks at me in a good way. When someone tells me that i changed and they asked me how, i simply tell them that i watched a great style youtuber (RMRS) and i wanted to change what I wear daily, everything now works great even though I'm still a teenager. I now kinda feel like a VIP 😂 Thanks brother :)

True. A few months ago when I had some cool shoes but that were old and needed change, when walking to class I noticed girls crossing me would look at my worn out shoes lol. And when I first got those much earlier a girl even said "nice shoes". I also noticed women would evade eye contact when I wore the worn out shoes. Then when I bought new ones women started to look at me again lol

Awesome videos Antonio I went from wearing cargo shorts and river sandals to looking like James Bond every single day, I'm married so I'm not doing it to attract the ladies I am doing it to feel good about myself and my wife loves it.
