    Dr thank you so much Just listening to you and your voice is healing already. I'm 72-year-old man that has health issues but I work on them I eat most of all these foods a lot of times I saute them cook them in a stew drizzle olive oil or put some fresh avocado with them I love all of them Thank you and thank you so much for teaching us how to be healthy.

    Thank you! Dr. Frita i have incorporated all of those veggies in my meal planning except for broccoli and kale. I roast yams, carrots, green beans, asparagus, beets, bell peppers, and I sauté cabbage, mushrooms, garlic, spinach and onion. I boil my turnip greens and curly leaf mustard greens.

    My personal Nephrologist is Dr. Frita. Her knowledge and office staff are GREAT. They ran the battery of tests and followed up a year later to see if my lifestyle changed, which it did. I'm good!

    Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have been making it a point to eat more leafy greens so I make a pot of mixed greens once a week. I incorporate lots of garlic and onion as well as kale, collard greens, dandelion greens, and chard. Love to have bowl everyday. I will continue adding more vegetables to help keep myself in good health.

    The Sweet potato surprised me. I’ve been told not to eat them anymore since I have protein in my urine. . Ie kidney disease. I am going to mount Siani to find out which stage I’m at. Scared but necessary to know. Everything else on your counter I have in my fridge now and I eat on a daily basis. No pork no beef only chicken and a little seafood. I thought there would be some supper food I could use to cleanse my kidneys.

      Interesting to know other also have BP med side effects which happed to me after 10days on 1/2 dosage losartan started tingling on whole body then switched to lisinorpil worsening with tingling doctor stopped 15:42 treatment since 10/08/24 waiting for neurologist finding …..

    I eat broccoli with cauliflower almost every morning with my brown or basmati rice, red lentils and salmon. And i put cinnamon and stevia in my red lentils, which makes it taste like sweet potato.

      I make sure I include kale every other day and cabbage. I sauteed with onions,garlic and green bell peppers and I use it all in both vegetables. My oil is olive oil. I prepare sweet potatoes boil them for 10 minutes then add vegan butter sweet potatoes in a pan with some nutmeg, a dash of vanilla. It's good.

    I am diabetic type 2.Patient of kidney desease.Mine is leaking protein.I have high cholestrol,High blood pressure,starting to have hair loss.I dont know what to do because i have stopped taking all medications.I want to do natural remedies but ddnt know the right food to eat and also whether to do detox.Im so.happy to find your youtube channel madam.This helps alot so d3finately i will follow this.Im.happy bacause you are a kidney dr and you understand and you are explaining everything clearly.Thank you so very much.I ddnt know where to start but now i.do.Bless you.Thank you.❤❤

      Just because you eat correctly doesn’t mean that you should stop your meds. I’m on a very pure (no added sodium, and normally no added sugar) food plan, but I still need my meds. Please consult your primary doctor and your nephrologist, especially since you’re diabetic.

    Another 'GREAT' Educational Video, So Informative and Easy to Understand. Will try to make the 'Sweet Potato Soup, first time hearing about the use of this vegetable in a soup. Vitamin 'K' , not familiar with, nor the ' Shiitake Mushroom', will Google. Cabbage 🥬 one of my favorites 🤤, So easy to cook, wash and add small amounts of water while cooking, a little Olive Oil, if using Bacon🥓, the Oil from it ( a habit, a piece of bacon, I have to use😊) Thanks, Dr. Frita and may Father God continue to Bless you in educating the public🎁💖!

    Really enjoyed your videos. Great information regarding kidney warning, signs and information about what foods are good and what foods are bad. Sometimes we just don’t know and when you’re already on the warning track, not knowing and doing the wrong thing can really hurt you.

    Hi Doctor Frida this is the first time I watch your video on the 12 vegetables segment. It was very informative. I was surprised to know that zucchini was good for people in late stage kidney failure. As a recipe, I have sauteed dice zucchini, squash, mushrooms and onions in butter with seasoning as a side dish. Thank you for sharing such great information!

    Lately, I came across a basic recipe for asparagus soup that I really enjoy. No cream. The base is chicken stock, onion, and a little butter, then spruced up with parmesean cheese, dill, and a touch of lemon juice after blending to a smooth consistency. Great way to enjoy it off-season.

    I was surprised of green beans. I never buy green beans. I happened to have the first eleven on hand. Between Costco, Whole Foods and Target, I usually buy main fresh for 8 to 10 days at a time. Thank you very much for the information on low potassium and low phosphorus foods. There are who have kidney issues looking for low phosphorus and low potassium foods.

    0:29 Ma'am, I really enjoyed your program. I was very surprised that sweet potatoes are safe for injured kidneys. Are purple sweet potatoes okay? Can the stems for Beets be used cause I usually throw them away. Is spinach okay? Why do they say the late Dr. Serbi said carrots and spinach are not good. It's so confusing trying to eat healthy everyone on RUclips says eat this or don't. Most of the stuff I eat already, but the Kale texture is so rough. Thank you again for thos information. Wish you were practicing in Chicago. Are lemons okay and finly what's good for Proteinura?
