OMG I'm guilty of all 15+foods. I don't have diabetes but I do have high blood pressure. I'm working on changing my eating habits some things are harder than other things. Honey is the most surprising 😮 Thank you for this info
All of these foods i have avoided for years. I dont have high cholesterol, no high blood pressure, nor diabetes, because I dont eat these things. I must confess, i do treat myself to a double whopper everyday few months, a McDonald's ice cream cone every 2 weeks, in the summer on Fridays, sometimes bread pudding my neighbor makes. It's such a challenge to eat healthy. I eat fruits all of the time and do make my own ice cream treat with fruits, banana, yogurt or soy milk. It hits the spot. I also work out 4 tines a week. I hate it, but do it for health benefits. I am 71. The struggle is real. It amazes me that so many people just eat what they like or want on a regular basis. Thank you
Your discipline and balanced approach to health are truly inspiring! It’s amazing how you’ve found a way to enjoy occasional treats while staying consistent with healthy habits and workouts at 71. Great job!
I totally understand. I’m pre diabetic too. We lived our whole lives doing what we’ve wanted and now we’re paying for it. I eat mostly meat now and use Stevia.

Thanks for you advise. I'm 67 & have been type 2 for 20yrs. I weigh between 9 1/2-10 stone. I've always loved my food. I do try to be good but it's difficult. With all these foods to avoid I sometimes feel there's not much we can eat. Everything seems to have sugar in it. When I get fed up I know this is silly but I feel like I shouldn't be eating anything. sometimes.
Sugar is hardest for me. I now substitute honey. I'm trying to save my life. I've eliminated most of the foods you've mentioned, so I'm doing good. I'm exercising and changing. Oh, and most importantly, I am watching your channel for direction.

Hello, I'm Type 2two Diabetic, and I consume a kiwi fruit as I have been informed that kiwi fruit is low in containing sugar!? Is this true or false? Thank-you very much for helping & informing ALL DIABETICS WORLDWIDE!!
Rinse rice thoroughly before cooking to remove excess starch; water should be clear not cloudy. Make rice the day before. Refrigerate it and eat it the next day. Refrigerating rice lowers the carbs and reduces the glycemic index by 30 - 40%. Rice can be refrigerated for 3-5 days. This has been a game changer for me.
Thank you Dr. my Doctor informed me that I have pre Diabetes. A1C is 5.8.. it will be hard for me to give up Iced caramel coffee ugh .. love your channel ..
