What would you say is the best way to handle training? Because I can't really keep leaving it to my assistant. Any specialized aspects that I can pay more attention to?
On my first club I could praise training, but when I changed clubs I no longer have that option. Any idea what the setting is? I tried making myself responsible for all training at the club, but that didn't work. First club was in Brazil, second in Italy.. i thought maybe Italians don't like to be praised :)
