My apologies mate. I just left a comment on the other video. I didn't realise that you did this video. I am very keen on the GFX100s ii because I'm a photographer in general and if I did need to shoot some video I've got about four different cameras that shoot 4K 30 and honestly for most situations 4K 30 is fine enough honestly I cannot believe the obsession with video quality for a lot of people especially if they're doing non-commercial work and they're just doing videos for TikTok or RUclips or whatever they get obsessed with the video specs I think this is a great move by Fuji to have a medium format camera that focuses reasonably well and doesn't have high end video specs because at the end of the day not many people are gonna shoot video with medium for Back given the file size issue a five minute video and that's half your hard drive gone so yeah I'm really excited about this camera. I'm probably about 1000 bucks short for saving for it. I've been working hard over the last six months and I've got a separate camera account to save for this camera and I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on it and yes, I do shit prof, but not full-time but I just love FujiFilm cameras. Yes they have some drawback as we all know but they are cameras.

Teacher/philosopher/life coach Dale just recently told us that the perception of being a fashion photographer and what it means/meant is changing, and not to compare our journey to others. All while the real-world commercial/fashion photographer Dale jets off to Paris to shoot a campaign. He surely "made it" in our eyes. Congrats!

Haha touché. Let me be the first to say that things are not as glamorous as they appear. The job in Paris wasn’t exactly big budget, and I am the least successful fashion creative I know, and by a large margin. In fact, I likely would have never mentioned this experience in a video except that it happened at the right time and it supported the narrative of these two products perfectly. Though I thoroughly appreciate the comment and the support! You’re very kind! 🙏😍

Fuji is on the jazz with releasing nice new camera's and lenses. The X-T50 and the new kit lens are great for casual holiday photography (the Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 remains a great option too), and the GFX100s II a nice evolution of the system. Great for new people getting into the GFX system, not sure if it is compelling enough for existing GFX100s users (I for one will hold on to mine). It would be nice to see what the actual autofocus differences are beween the GFX 100II, 100s II and 100s, and then tested with one of the faster newer lenses with linear motors (e.g. the GF 45-100mm f4) and not tested on those with stepper motors as I see often in RUclips videos (e.g. the GF 55 or 80mm f1.7 and the 20-35mm f4).

Thanks for the comment, Edwin. I agree that it would be so great to test the auto focus on these cameras, and I’d also love to place an X-H2 in the mix as well just for comparison. You’ve sparked and idea for a video for this summer …
