Thats alot of faith in the welding helmet. Everytime I hold a tig rod in my mouth like tha the helmet flips down and smashes the rod into my face lol
hey i need a front fender left & right . In the shape of the 1980-81 covette front curve fender. How much for that? I would just screw them n over the fender that's already their. thanks
How will you reattach the bumper cover to the quarter? Usually the edge that is removed has a way to clip or bolt to the quarter.

Question? Instead of adding more metal to the qu. why not cut the wheelhouse out hammer dolly stretch and shrink qu. panel to desired shape?? Not sure but feel I could stretch it enough
Structural integrity and safety...it's mor3 complicated under the quarter and wheel housing
To get proper symmetry, did you use hangers that were the same dimensions on the clecos, and then fit the sheet metal to the hangers? Looks like a very cool set of flares.

Kool fab but rear bumper and flare dont really blend but over all great skills
