I’ve started to do this, and a whole bunch of other 30 minutes to an hour. Long video for workouts, at least three times a day along with taking creatine I was tired of people telling me that I wouldn’t ever reach my goal with my body, weight and muscle definition along with having enough strength to lift up super heavy things, and to be a great fighter on top of that, so I started training and working out every single day along with, and taking a lot of protein and vitamins and healthy foods and creatine. Going to the gym and doing these videos a few times each day has helped a lot. I’ve already started to see the progression.
@@Mstorheim1so when I go to the gym I focus on what muscle group I want to focus on or if you want to focus on uppe and lower body that time your at the gym. For me I'll do upper body one time and then lower the next. For me my goal is also to decrease the amount of body fat% that I ave to get as shredded as much as I can. So I take createne in the morning and then in the evening right after I work out for better results. I work out at the gym for a couple hours on weights and when I get home I do HIIT workout those are easy there's lot on RUclips and I also do videos like this with weights. I'll do that for a couple hours. I'll fast every morning with some coffee and then I'll eat a couple hours later at work and have some eggs. One of the reasons after doing this for 17-18 weeks is because I was also strict with my diet eating only nutrient rich foods and lean meat. And salad and tomatoes you can even go for plain lettuce or Spinach.
@@Mstorheim1 you also don’t need to do many hours of working out that is just some thing I do you can do even half hour and a half hour of each or work on weights one day and HIIT the next withvideos like this. as long as you regularly work out, give your body some time to rest and have a moderately healthy diet you should be good to go. definitely don’t give up the unhealthy foods that you like. Just have a good balance of healthy food with it. after so much time of trying to figure out what works for me. That is kind of everything that I have peace together, and that specific thing works for me. maybe it’ll work for you too. hopefully any of this was helpful. another good source of food is oats as well.

Nah it's a waste of screen space, and makes it harder to view. Much better would be two separate videos, one beginner one advanced. And some advanced notice of what the next exercise is, so you know what weight to pick up.
