Caleb I don't want the content they produce to be regulated and biased based on the demands of some overhead entity. There are plenty of productions and individuals who have found wealth without taking the arguably easier path of "selling out" to a larger corporation. I wish them success and wealth, I just do not want to see their creativity stimied. Don't think in terms so black and white.

Sean's questions were really helpful for clarifying the cooking process. Always love Andrew's videos, but sometimes I have, like, really basic questions or particularizations I'd like his take on and his videos don't always cover, and his take on burger process has been one of them. This really helped.
Seriously though, this collab is craze. I went nuts when Sean walked in on Andrew's show!

Hear me when I say - I tried this exact method last night and can wholeheartedly say it is vastly superior to even the best prepared burgers on the grill. All the juicy, greasy flavors get a chance to just sit together and coalesce.
That being said, I can also warn you that it's incredibly easy to eat too many of these, and they hit HARD when you least expect.

Bullshit. I'm from Wisconsin, I know cheese. I get cheese from a farmers market, from the farmer himself. It's amazing. Farmer cheese, cheddar, fresh mozz, smoked colby jack, etc. BUT - if you want a classic american cheeseburger, or the grilled cheese you had as a kid, you gotta have american cheese. Yeah, the processed, bright yellow, melty stuff.
You can love real cheese, and also love a burger with American cheese. The two are not mutually exclusive.
You can class up your burger with real cheese, but then it's not a classic american cheeseburger, it's a gourmet burger. Also delicious, but NOT THE SAME.
So would you also defend bleu cheese? Because I happen to really enjoy bleu cheese burgers from time to time.
I believe God created all cheese equally. That said, some cheeses are better than others...I'm not a fan personally of the stinky cheeses. Bleu cheese on burgers is excellent on occasion. I wouldn't call it a "classic american cheeseburger" though.
