Mr J animal fat is a predictable lazy flavor. The meat itself you can taste the difference from cow to cow. I would rather eat a steak than a slab of fat every single time. Of course fat has its place but I wouldn't say that having it on the steak makes it any better.
Mr J Well I disagree. Fat is fucking amazing. It tastes really good. Beef tastes really good too. Both together charred and seasoned and tender are just fucking fantastic. My mouth is watering thinking about it.
The real question is why haven't Steven, Andrew and Adam been on Hot Ones yet...

We should show some appreciation to Chef Josh, the way he speaks of his cooking and his meat is really inspiring, its a little sad to see the Try Guys and Sean not respond to him as eagerly as he speaks to them?? @@chickenballs-balls yeah, when you dry aged some of the meat has to be cut out. You will get less on top of the already reduced size due to the water evaporation. Adding to the time required and skills i say it is very reasonably priced.

Tyler Dowd that's cause worth it is one of the only for guys shows buzzfeed has ever done. They're just a news outlet. They make women feel special because that's what makes women happy (most of em).
