Looks like you've had Muay Thai training to mocap these so well!
NICE! Can't wait to get my hands on this one. You have the best animations on the market. No bs.
Excellent fighting technics! 👍
nice work man, A new Kubold pack to buy! count this one sold.
Galt to hear, thanks!
I put it in 1.25x and it looks amazing. I'll definitely be using this. 👏
Damn so very nice and smooth!
Thanks. Was very tiring to act out though :)
HOLY DOGSHIT!! THIS IS SO COOL!!!!
Great job. Can these be used for, or converted for use in 3ds Max???
You can import those animations to 3ds max, they are in FBX format.
Cool like always!
Thank you!
Professional looking animation set, great job! BTW, what are the songs you used for the clip? Amazing all around, definitely going to purchase.
I love these animations and the video. What fighting engine/template is used to make this?
Это выглядит круче чем Mortal Kombat ! )
Impressive amount of animations. Nice job
230 is a little bit too much, but it was necessary to cover attacks for both legs and arms.
yah, i can see there was a lot of variations to go through. What software do you use to do your mocap and clean up afterwards? I do some mocap and cleanup myself, but on a very basic level using IPISoft and MotionBuilder, so im curious what others use and would recommend.
Jonas Mølgaard Nothing beats motionbuilder if it comes to mass producing mocap animations.
Good to hear. I just recently (like half a year ago) started working with it, and really like what it can do. So did you also go through all the manual work of cleaning up foot sliding, tracking errors, jitters, twisted joints and stuff like that for each and every one? Or did you use some kind of scripting for some of the stuff?
+Jonas Mølgaard Modern optical mocap with many infrared cameras, suit and markers records perfect data. No need to clean it really.
I wanted to use these assets for my video project & I'm willing to buy these.
however i have 2 questions :
1) are all animations have combined names or they are separated?
Like 0:13 , i wanted to use both attacker and victim in one scene so they're combined or not?
2) do you have more animations for fighting, suggest me some of the assests.
Thanks , great job!
Hi, Is it within your power to make a decent climbing animset? This is really missing on the market :/.
Brilliant!! wondering why the controller is not included? it could have been a +point to an already great asset especially for beginners like myself and as far as I can tell, it is the only asset from you to have controller excluded.
Simply because making fighting game mechanics is waaaaay bigger and infinitely more complicated task then making a character simply walk on the level.
agreed but it's not like you could've let the controller within the asset for people to try and play with it and eventually making something more polished out of it? though I completely agree with you, obviously making combat mechanics is a tedious and tiresome work.
Looks nice. Can these animations be used in a First Person Shooter?
Meaning, holsting your weapon and entering fist fight mode (?)
Looking forward to your reply!
Note: I've seen this looks designed for a 2D Game. Can your animations be translated into a First Person Shooter game? (Fighting in first person, 360 degree angle)
Finally! Someone actually incorporated SIDESTEPPING in their moves! Are there any trapping moves?
their upcoming game hellish quart will have it
can you use these moves for different characters
very cool!
Thank you!
Fighting style reminds me of Tekken 5
Hi, can you tell me please would they work on 32-bit Unity 3D that I have installed on my laptop? Would the animations lag/be slow?
I want to buy this asset. Are these fully 3D suitable for a Tekken-like game?
hey man what is best way to rig a rope like armor that extends below the character knees
Physix cloth maybe? Unity and Unreal both have that feature.
Any plans to make a set of quick lethal and non lethal takedowns like in Splinter Cell? Also are you going to make anymore cover sets? Such as pistol cover and unarmed to go along with the rifle cover set
Every possible animation in the world is in my plans, as long as people keep buying them. It's just a matter of which set I do first :).
Awesome, so far I've bought every pack you've made except the dinosaur one cause I don't have them in my game. But the rest of the cover system and some quick takedowns are all I'm really missing at this point. Also I love the female character you provided with her animations, any plans to release any character model packs with that same quality?
Adam Okler Nice! Yeah, I made the dinosaur pack just for fun, I wasn't even planning on selling it... but in the end why not. Maybe someday one person buys it and makes a game with it.
I only make characters because I have to, I don't enjoy it that much, so I'd rather keep making animations.
is there a way to use this in Unreal?
Do you have a discord or something like this?
How do you think these would hold up in first person?
It can bee used in unreal 4 ? I want do buy it
damn it's legit muay thai ledrit
Great work. But some punches and kicks looks slow and soft. Because the fists and feet don't collide with real objects.
You use vicon system for mocap?
In fighting games, you never know if the punch or kick will connect or hit air, so every move has to be a compromise. It has to look good in both cases. Almost all fighting games record mocaps hitting very light targets or in air, bacause it is way easier to add "oomph!" using particles and sound, than watch a character hit "something" that is not there, while punching in air. Take a look at Tekken: every punch that landed has a partice and sound, artificially adding power, when a hit connects.
Also, some of the moves in this pack are fast, some are slow, some are very unpractical and some of them assume that there will be a "magical particle power buildup" or something. I tried to create many different attacks, that would fit many settings, not just technically pure, real-world mma moves.
Btw. I noticed that many potential buyers feel like they have to use every animation in a pack they buy. That is not the case of course, just pick the moves you like and discard ones that don't fit to your particular game :)
Using optitrack, vicon is way too expensive for making royalty free assets imho.
About collide the phisycal object and hits...
The mortal kombat 1,2,3,9x developers do it fine. But yours feet movements realy looking better.
How many time you doing this asset?
And about your sells. Many people must buy it just for fun and learn it. If your sells is low. You need a promotion. Because it is asset which everyone must have.
How do they look from first person?
what application do you use to make your animations?
Motive, Motionbuilder, Maya
can you change the ingame speed of the moves?
The unity animator window allows you to set custom speeds for all animations.
good
thanks
Any for Unreal?
love the animation! I was wondering for clothing and stuff how do you do it? I have character details and such. how do you polish the character model and such? Awesome vid
I just scanned myself with photogrammetry actually.
0:12 punch :D... I would like to buy some bow pro aim offsets and anims btw
I don't have any yet, it's not like I am keeping sets to myself :) When I will make a bow set, I will sell it.
Anyway, superpunches etc. are generally supposed to be used with particles and sound effects. 0:12 superpunch will make more sense if you imagine electric sparks forming slowly and exploding when the puch connects :)
Jakub Kisiel Bow Animset Pro - take my money for sure, btw I am using your Movement Pro assets with Kyle.D tutorials - very good for basic understanding for tp games... Currently doing a mix with animset pro and mixamo for mobile bow game
Pasha Defragzor Don't get me wrong, I think a bow set is a great idea.
What is this ?
Are you still working on "Spell Fighter"?
Not at the moment. Spell Fighter is free, so I need to earn some moeny now or I'll run out.
ok, thanks for responding so fast.
Is there any documentation on this?
It's not a game template, there is no code in the pack. It's a set of animations, it doesn't need documentation. If you are looking for a fighting game template for Unity, search for "Universal Fighting Engine". You can use my animations with that template if you want. You can also use it in any way you like, not only with fighting games.
Kubold are there any tutorials on how to set up a 2d fighter as you display. Btw I own 2 other packs from you and I'm always impressed. Hope you make a sports pack!
You can always google for fighting game tutorials, but I believe using a well documented game template would give quickest results, if you don't want to spend long months or years of figuring out what works and how to make next Tekken from scratch ;)
@@Kubold also in Unreal engine? I want to create a fighting game in Unreal, is there any good tutorial for?
Going to release for Unreal?
I always do
Jakub Kisiel
cool, I look forward to it, thanks!
Why mortal kombat devs didnt use scanned characters
Especially that the characters in all pre-3d mortal kombat games were "scnanned". Well, real actors recorded on video, so all and all, the same thing - photorealistic.
Kubold
Thats what im saying , im watching your video , and i see a good balance between reality and CG , same feeling as the early MK games,i need to buy ur asset . GLWS realy nice work .
Can someone plase make a Marvel game with this?
Benjamin Stark sure
Buy it for me the assets and I will ❤️
if ur looking for a game idea and story line hit me up!!!
I alredy have thousand stories to tell. What I need is asset creators, level designers, music composers and investors :)
@@Kubold Hey, If you are interested in music Stuff contact me.

These are nice and realistic, but I do like the stylistic maneuvers and stylistic posture better.
I like to romanticize the male and female form, as well as emphasize the vigor of my champions.
I suppose they would be more in line with something like Injustice.
Perhaps for a realistic military shooter or a grunge fighter these could be utilized.
I like most of your other work though. I just dont think i would be buying this one.
any man seeing this, take one minute out of your day to look up MGTOW. it can save your life
