@@therealBosnianBallPlayz it's really not that strong, it's basically a meme that american players use to play with people who don't know how to aim. The 75mm it has is pitiful at it's br but we can still get kills with it because everyone just sits and waits to be killed.
I main the T-14 Heavy, I use the APBCHE (I think that's what it is) shell for the majority and the little spike looking one for bigger tanks to disable them. Usually against players who have no idea what they're doing can't kill it, and I've even had a few times where a Tiger fires 4-5 times and none of them pen, and my first shell takes the entire crew. But....if I'm against someone who know what they're doing the T-14 falls behind pretty fast
The game actually has another heavy tank for USA, but it's classed as a tank destroyer, but in reality it's a super heavy tank, 4 tracks, thick armor, slow as a turtle, but packing one hell of a punch, I think it's name is the T 29
i love the t-26-e-1 but the most frustrating thing about it is that it seems that everyone i go up against knows where to shoot me at and i die instantly
It would be really nice if Gaijin would realize that a lot of their player base consists of people that have to work 10-12 hour days, leaving very little time for the things we'd like to do. Don't get me wrong, the grind isn't what we like to do, but that's my point. We like to play, but we also like to PROGRESS. You know how hard that is for a person like me with a moderately busy schedule? It took months and months of playing even a single battle every day to finally get my M1A2 and by the time I got it, I was sick of playing. By the time I felt like playing again, I had to use a stock tank against a bunch of level 100 tryhards that were in arguably better tanks that were fully researched. It's exhausting and you'd know that of you played your own game. You'd CARE if you had thick enough skin for criticism.
The American tanks seem to be really slow now since the last update, I can only speak for the tanks around BR/ RB 8.0, not sure about other BR's. The T114 can't make it up most hills now to capture points. Why has this been done? The US suffers enough in War Thunder. It also seems that the turret speed is slower as well.
they're aren't considered as "Heavy Tanks" cause they're already "MBTs", and one criteria that MBTs need is it should have the speed of a medium tank but with the armor of a heavy tank.
@@theholyromanemperor6275 no, a MBT is determined by it’s role given to it by it’s army. The panther had heavy tank armor and medium tank speed, but wasn’t an MBT since the Germans considered it a medium tank. A T-34 could be a MBT, as along as the military using it calls it a MBT. The M1 isn’t a heavy tank since it isn’t called a heavy tank.
@@AUsernameWeShallMarchToKiev im not saying MBTs are "heavy tanks", im saying MBTs have the characteristics of a heavy tank (big gun, heavily armored); but even the Pershing is changed from being designated as heavy tank to medium tank after WW2 cause the "doctrine" of making armored fighting vehicles changed drastically and no one during WW2 thought of naming a designation for a multi-role vehicle cause that's not really their focus during that time, they just put whatever they can to the vehicle as long as it can move, tho i forgot to add on my first comment that MBTs are also called "universal tanks" cause they can play many roles in battle.
T26 super Pershing didn't had welded armour. That welded armour had single T26 super Pershing and it was field modification of cut down Panther frontal plates.
Sherman Jumbo wasn't a heavy tank. It was an uparmored Medium tank and the 90mm on the M26 Pershing was perfectly capable of taking out panthers at combat ranges.

American Heavies after the Jumbos are too expensive to use. I don’t want to have to drop 5 kills in RB, lose my T34, and lose Lions overall.
The game actually has another heavy tank for USA, but it's classed as a tank destroyer, but in reality it's a super heavy tank, 4 tracks, thick armor, slow as a turtle, but packing one hell of a punch, I think it's name is the T 29
T28 Super Heavy Tank
@@Kalashnikov413 right, I'm actually working on getting it just for the memes
The street will never forget jumbo when its on 4.7 and 5.7
The T29 , 30 and 34 are always my favourite Heavy Tanks of all time especially T30 cuz of its powerful 155mm cannon love it very much
can we all agree this man is the best narrator out there or one of the bests
When you are shooting to what seems to be a normal m4 only for the shell to bounce off... the word jumbo now terrifies me
The T30 and T29 are my favorites....the mantlet is hilarious
T90. Aka the doom turtle is my favorite. Thank you for this video it is fascinating
you mean the T95/T28?
@@Kalashnikov413 yea the t28 super heavy
i love the t-26-e-1 but the most frustrating thing about it is that it seems that everyone i go up against knows where to shoot me at and i die instantly
Of all the heavies, I honestly enjoy the T32s on the first run of them. They had speed, firepower and survivability, everything I need in a tank.
Except their BRs
It would make the game a lot more fun if you guys made all vehicles and secondary weapons in said vehicles available to test drive/fly/sail.
Thanks!
The T-95/28 is my favorite American Heavy
I’m very fond of the super Pershing and I love playing it but there is one issue... ITS REPAIR COST
Well if you play arcade (yes the grind for rp is beyond suffering) the most repair cost I’ve seen was like maybe 8k
I love playing American ww2 tanks, can’t believe jumbos were used until the end of the war.
*Me who spams Jumbo 76:*Yeah I'm font of the T29.
Who knew warthunder could basically become a ww2 history documentary
The American tanks seem to be really slow now since the last update, I can only speak for the tanks around BR/ RB 8.0, not sure about other BR's. The T114 can't make it up most hills now to capture points. Why has this been done? The US suffers enough in War Thunder. It also seems that the turret speed is slower as well.
Yes, I love my T29. I love bouncing shots from Krauts.
It could be argued that the M1A1 and M1A2 Abrams weighing in at 70+ tons could be considered modern-day heavy tanks.
they're aren't considered as "Heavy Tanks" cause they're already "MBTs", and one criteria that MBTs need is it should have the speed of a medium tank but with the armor of a heavy tank.
That would make the Leopard 2 A7 a heavy tank since it weighs 70 tons
@@chaosXP3RT Huh, I thought the Leopard 2 series were lighter than that.
I think the American heavy are pretty underrated and I so like practically all of the heavy in a certain way
The T110E5 was pretty good from what ive seen about it, but i dont know very much.
1. It's real name is T110 design six
2. It was only a paper tank, so no
@The Big Sad uumm.......... I don't quite think so
@The Big Sad even if some were a paper tank, i think their presence is needed to fill the gap of their tech tree
@The Big Sad If you said half of them are paper tanks. Can you name all of them, please?
T26 super Pershing didn't had welded armour. That welded armour had single T26 super Pershing and it was field modification of cut down Panther frontal plates.
Pershing was designed as a heavy tank along with M46 Patton, they whernt reclasified untill later
76 Jumbo FTW
My fav tank of the entire game. That thing just claps Tigers and Panthers.
Sherman Jumbo wasn't a heavy tank. It was an uparmored Medium tank and the 90mm on the M26 Pershing was perfectly capable of taking out panthers at combat ranges.
in game, it was classified as Assault Tank, but fall under category of Heavy Tank
