The first Tap Ability on Dr. Madison Li can actually be really useful even if just to give Haste and Trample to a powerful creature to attack with right away, or use another creature’s Tap Ability the same turn you cast it. Just imagine playing Robobrain from the precon, or a Psychosis Crawler with a large hand size and Nerd Rage. Now give them Trample and Haste for one Energy.
Liberty prime makes a big appearance in fallout 4 if you side with the brotherhood of steel, You rebuild him and he goes on a cross city rampage leading to busting open the Institute hq, It is the most glorious 15mins of the entire game.
@@MTGThoughtcast You can kind of jump in anywhere, I started with 4 and never felt lost or left behind, 4 actually starts before the bombs drop so it might just be the best starting point anyway, 3 and new vegas are worth a play for sure but it can be difficult to get them running on pc, Having played all 3 I enjoy 4 the best, I still load it up every now and then, Can spend hours just making settlements like a fps minecraft lol
You guys are just wrong the combo potential or just the things Madison Li enables is beyond anything that Liberty Prime can do I’ve actually taken him out completely in favor of an artifact combo strategy and I wreck people with it. All liberty prime does is swing and make you sac artifacts Madison Li is an energy payoff all by herself and if you can untap her over and over again you can get ridiculous value..
@@austinwheeler230 Mirran spy and Drum bellower with encroaching mycosynth and mycosynth lattice unwinding clock works as well and of course Isochron Scepter D reversal combo is great as well...
The general opinion here is really coming for folk who played more constructed during Energy's original debut. I agree Energy is a fun mechanic and has room to grow as something that shouldn't be hated, especially going into MH3 where it's returning as a theme. Thanks for the input! -Jon

True! I'd still argue that its the least powerful thing she can do, but still great to have in the back pocket! -Joseph
Oooh hasty wurmcoil engine or phyrexian triniform! You get the energy to give them the ability right away.
@@austinwheeler230 thats siiiiiick! then sac the wurm to Liberty! -Joseph

Curies ability is because she is a robot companion, but then you can turn her into a a synth in her quest
A real case of body snatchers! Thank you for the lore drop. -Jon
You guys just don’t like fun. I do like energy counter strategies there’s just not enough good payoffs yet
