    对!沒錯我也常常会用这罐头马鮫鱼炒米粉,粿条,或面条都很不错。。。我偶尔也会加些沙姜叶或黄姜叶切细絲🍃換換味道,同时也可去鱼腥味。。。
    喔,这芋头算盤子很有新鲜感,印象中,没吃过,找一天来試做!!!感謝嘟嘟和舅舅的新视频,真棒👍😍😋😋😋🙏🙏🙏

    我們這也會用罐頭鯖魚炒米粉煮麵,味道也很好!
    芋頭算盤子很特別呢,我吃的是甜點芋圓,沒想到也能炒來吃,
    油蔥酥似乎是客家菜標配,家裡也有客家人,打算來試試謝謝分享~😄😄

    No. Can sardine not my ideal ingredients. Maybe can luncheon meat (cut french fries style). Meat have to be oil fried fragrant (set aside). The lard oil, then put garlic & big onion slices stir fried, chilli boh, red Bell pepper (slices), vegetables (choy sum), kow choy & fresh shitake mushrooms, Beehoon (marinated with mixture light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce & 1 teaspoon sugar), stir fried, last put lots of bean sprout. Stir fried awhile & serve. Carrot may look nice, not ideal ingredients because it's hard not crispy. (Crispy vegetables 1. Choy sum 2. Beans sprout 3. Cabbage 4. Long Yellow Cabbage 5. Fresh Shitake Mushroom 6. Big Onion 7. Red bell pepper etc....)
