今天见老师介绍炸沙丁鱼麵包，很吸引人👍。
通常我也会以沙丁鱼挾麵包当午餐，换一下味口也不错👍
我会用一小罐沙丁鱼，去掉里面的什物后弄碎，然后用一点橄榄油，沙丁鱼，白洋葱粒，蒜蓉，红辣椒碎，加些酱清，赤糖一起炒，后加些胡椒粉炒香挤两三粒的酸柑汁搅匀就好了，那些沙丁鱼的番茄酱汁通常都不会用，还会煎一粒鸡旦切片后挟着麵包吃，简简单单的一餐。
改天试试老师的做法也不错。
