You can absolutely have bonding added to the teeth to make them even in alignment. As far as I’ve longer than the other it could be genetic, a tooth could have been knocked out and placed back I but I don’t see any gum recession here so probably not the case. They could have had veneers already on them so the other teeth have be prepped “filed down to make room for veneers” and they are replacing or fixing the veneers. Lots of different reasons. The rest of her teeth don’t match so that tooth could have a crown on it it as well.
