It can I have it maybe 1.25... the thing is that when they make in BL 1 they can go darker a tone but not the opposite, not from BL2 to BL1 or 1.5... that was I was told by denturist so it can be but believe me there is no big difference, the magic of the color is in everyday light
For all people with doubts.. smart advice from my denturist not a dentist... always go what you like and wish for even if its a toooo white cause as per his experience people always feel sorry not to go for whiter shades so go always whiter or white and plus, shades can be toned down from bleach colors once you have a test or probe, but can not be changed to lighter or toned lighter!!!
How much darker can you make it though? Only 1 shade or 2 shades? I picked BL4 and my natural teeth are A1 (second lightest natural tooth shade), scared I'll want to change my mind on the day and want it to blend more in with my natural teeth as I'm only getting 4 veneers
@@emmah9051 BL4 is still lighter than A1...bleach shades are invented for those ultra bright white smiles...BL4 is slightly yellowish in shade, I did porcelain teeth BL 1.25/1.50 making sure that teeth are not as they say "vampire white" but let me tell you, as a white person even the lightest shade in my mouth is not something that will cause you say nawww too white..I guess shade BL2 is always a good choice, but BL4 is also very nice with some people, wear vibrant light lipsticks and you will shine
I wouldnt do that they will look super fake its gona look ridiculous. Bl3 is the most natural one unless you want people to know immediately youre terth are fake
I hope you didnt do them😢 I used B1 emax veneers. After 4 months they started to change shade and look like B3. Cost too much shaved my teeth and not worth it. It was the worst decision of my life!
@@lovehelping456 I haven’t gotten them done yet, but I’m getting them done in January. It will be minimal shaving and porcelain which will not change color

@@sirRustyiron I’ve had a full set of B1, and they were duller than my original teeth. I had a new set of BL3 which are better but even they are not that bright and have grey and yellow undertones. I should have gone for BL2 or even BL1. All of the shades look much fresher and brighter on camera than in reality. B3 might look natural but it can’t be that attractive in a full set because my B1s were very drab. Personally think the key to natural restorations is keeping the teeth size shorter on the sides, lots of places do massive and long canines and premolars etc, that looks awful I think.
@@adminemails yeah I agree, I hate the absolute Hollywood white colour and when it looks absolutely perfect. I lean more towards the translucent, pearly, natural white colour alongside adding bit of imperfections
It depends on whether the patient wants a Hollywood smile or natural smile. This is always the patient's choice:) When you are in your temporary veneers you can usually get a better idea of the color you would prefer.
@@arbaz102 hollywood smiles are definitionally fake looking. I would opt for natural, the bleach white smiles look cringe. Given that, what shades would you say are 'natural' Dr Patel? Thanks!
Me too! Or even bl1! BL3 for me is great in photos and under light, but has grey and yellow undertones in most lights. It is a nightmare getting it right! And this was my second go after getting a set in B1!
Great job ❤ I need BL4 since I am extremely brown 😅
BL2
Natural approach! Love it!
needs to be a BL1.5 😢

BL1 is crazy
It's pretty popular

In which country did you get your veneers done?
I’ve never heard of quality veneers changing shade, it doesn’t sound possible. Where did you get them done?
@@adminemailsprobably Turkey, regardless the B3 shade looks much more natural.

What shade do you recommend for almond skinned people (think Indians from MP, so lighter brown)?

BL 1 is a brighter white color
Both can look pretty
BL 2 is one of my favorites

This video is an inaccurate representation of the Bleach shades. They are far lighter in real life.
You think so?
Yes for sure I did mine recently, BL 2 is much whiter that on this video.. I even have a photos of bleach color palette..
I just dont want to be the guy you straight up know its fake i saw a guy working at metro pcs as soon as he opened his mouth i saw pure white teeth
Some patients prefer Hollywood white
Bl2
BL4
Interesting choice
Yo they made teeth from Borderlands a real thing
Colour balance is completely off in this video.
Thank you for your input
Bl3 is the most natural looking one. Trust me the other ones will look so damn fake its gonna be ridiculous

BL4 most natural looking
