@@knightshado wing is a stock Sledge wing. Wing mount is some random aluminum one I got from a swap meet. You can use a regular ERevo wing mount but you’ll have to trim the body. If you want to use a sledge wing you’ll have to trim the front section of the wing. Screw holes line up though!
@@93Jafet trx8671 wheel for ERevo 2.0, trx5171 chevron tire for TMaxx classic. This combination does not come premounted so you’ll have to glue them yourself. They fit perfectly on the rim though. Suuuuper soft. They’ll blow up with brushless power
@@Iamfirebird360 nitro people are so confusing sometimes. Other people told me it’s too rich now you’re saying it’s too lean. As long as my motor doesn’t blow up, I’m good either way!

Too lean is also robbing you of power, not just the threat of engine failure. If you're interested in really digging deep into tuning, Google Ron Paris The " nitro tuning Bible" he was a legend in the rc industry for years before he died. Itll change nitro for you.
FYI just to let you know at the end when you said it's finely up to temp that's because when you ran your tank empty the motor goes lean witch encase temp. You definitely need to lean it out .

Slipper clutch seems to be slipping way too much for the truck to be hitting them high rpms and the truck barely looks like it barely going . And you are checking the temps wrong you are supposed to point it directly at the glow plug i could guarantee it was running like 230+ degrees
@@solik434 Look again. Laser beam is aimed clearly at the glow plug. My gearing is deliberately low. Small clutch bell gear, big spur. Slipper adjustment is firm. You’d be wrong on that “guarantee”. Temp displayed is true and accurate.
@@PigglyWigglyDeluxe true low gearing can make it seem like the slipper clutch is slipping and @14:28 you are clearly not you pointing at the Glow plug wire and Cooling never directly deep inside the cooling head trust me i race 1/8 and i used to check temps like you did in the video and always got different readings and i would point it directly at the glow plug.

Torco 20% mine runs great on this fuel love it
I normally run VP 20% nitro 14% oil in my Traxxas the crankshaft bearings seems to last longer with it 👍

@@oriolinton to be fair the motor is pretty tired and I do tend to run it richer than normal to help extend its life

Byron race gen 2 20% nitro 12% oil
Vp 25% and the 3.3 does well!!! Sidewinder is good fuel but not as good as vp
