achara, read atomic habit book... in that he has explained how you can avoid procrastination. also the task list works well i do that too... it helps me track my time of the day
The AC temperature thing is the estrogen - testosterone balance. I know from people around me that the "women want the temperature to be warmer" flips a sharp 180 after menopause. You can get a glimpse of how drastically this changes if you ever hear anyone explain "Hot Flashes" that come with menopause....

And i have talked to people who care too much about how you are and dont even stop after even telling them nothing much and when you shot down their advances to know about you they just dump their stuff like i literally dont care , and had to endure the talk about their life to just be nice .
It's funny but I kept thinking that in India you can't fire employees straightaway (except criminal or sexual harrasment cases) as in India employment is not at will like in usa
