This reminds me of Steven wright who also is barely in anything. Steven did write a book and released it fairly recently and I read it. The only book I read ever since I graduated 7 years ago.

You have a knack for understatement (exaggerate) and overstatement (kill) at the same time. I think the commenter is 12 and drunk sooo.... now you get the hilarious and famous. And of course you clearly stopped somewhere around the 5 minute mark as I did because you realized it just wasn't gonna get any better and was actually getting worse. Maybe they have special ed night at Dry Bar. I am good with wholesome entertainment but this needs to be done in nursing homes. Funny enough but nobody is going to stroke out from laughing too hard there hopefully.@@SoleSavr

More like Wright than Hedberg I reckon, because Mitch's delivery is utterly unique - especially his inflection. But I get your point, and the fact that we're talking about Tessel in the same sentence as Mitch Hedberg is quite a compliment. Hedberg's bit about 'Not blocking a fire exit' is one of the funniest things I've ever heard.@@TheRealHucasys

If I was there that night...I would be able to say I got my money's worth out of the evening. Nice clean jokes that you can tell around the water cooler on Monday ... but nobody EVER gets them right.
I was once at a bowling ally and ordered a beer. They asked what size? I said, I will have a pint. They literally came back with we do not have that size. We only have 12oz and 16oz size beers.

That's two one-liner comedians I saw in a row, the first was a young British guy, and then Bobby just now. They were both very good and had me laughing at my dining room table.
Good stuff! For the second to last joke, I'd have said, "I'm just returning her call. She left me a message asking my opinion on whether she should fire her assistant or not."
