Most of us are focused on fitness and gaining muscle/losing fat. But the thing is, it is inevitable that there is some dude who is showing off that he can pump 200 lb weight or something, just to attract attention, making all sorts of noises and yells. So we just ignore him, but he sometimes becomes annoying.
Thanks brother for your progressive mindset. We need more men like you to make this world a better and safer place.🙏 I have experienced many instances around me when women felt filthy when men glared at them that way and then they just stopped going to the gym.
