The original 7D has a shutter sound of flapping, which I never liked. While the 1DX has a sharp tight sound. I love the sound of the 1DX. To my ears this sounds more 1DX-ish. What do others think?
Ahhhhh come on, talk about a fake demonstration. Every shutter on any camera would be as loud with a microphone right next to it. You just need to increase the volume to get this result. I have a 7d Mk II since two years now and it is not half of that loud. Don't forget that despite it's model number which suggest it is a professionnal camera, it is not. Even the 80d and 90d which replace the 7d model, both shutters are way louder than the 7d MKII but still a lot less louder that what this guy try to make us beleive in this video.

I hate canon shutter sounds, they both feel and sound like plastic toys no matter how good they are
nikon shutter sounds also like shit nowadays.
