You definitely picked some great choices! I would also add the new Cosmic Brushes Nudetrals and Cooltrals palettes and the Colourpop Precious Metals palette to the list. The color story of the Lethal Mellow Grove palette reminds me of the new Beauty Bay palette. This year has really been a year of great palettes so far.
Your monthly favorites videos are some of my favorite videos. I would be sad to see them go, especially since we sometimes get book recommendations in them!
I saw that Nomad is going to be re-releasing the Haunted Europe palette. I am excited because I missed out on it before. Do you know if they are updating the formula or keeping it the same? I want it either way, but I feel like they really upped the quality of especially their mattes at the beginning of 2023.

Love ranking videos - it's interesting to watch different creators lists which can be totally different from each other.
The Adept Amy Loves Makeup collab is definitely my favorite so far. I have not even had it for a week and I just want to use it every single day, including my work from home/going nowhere days. That has not happened in forever. The only other palette I have given in and purchased this year is the Nomad Ireland Wild Atlantic Way one but I have been so tempted by their NZ Stargazing one. The other temptation has been the Oden's Eye Moon Wish. I almost got it so many times but then I saw Amy's palette and knew that one was 110% made for me and I would get more use out of it.
I can't say no to any eyeshadow palette/eyeshadow content! I love my Unearthly "Spring Magic" and "High Temp" palette. But I do need some more time to play with them. I definitely understand wanting to get to know the palettes more before ranking them. I appreciate your honesty 😌 The Blend Bunny "Longing" palette looks like a green/blue and bigger version of Spring Magic & Sydney Grace "Enduring Love." I have not tried the Blend Bunnny eyeshadow yet. ❤

I love the Groovy Gardens Palette which you did not mention, and what just came out which I am waiting for is the new Beautybay palette.

The first palette I thought of that I was surprised wasn’t here was the Nomad Ireland palette, but then, I feel about greens the way you feel about purples! 😂 I’m also OBSESSED with Cosmoc Beauty Nudetrals and Cooltrals palettes, and am excitedly anticipating getting the Beauty Bay Botanical palette, but those are too new to feature here. This is such a solid group of pretty palettes! ❤

I don't remember who said it, but they said that Fantasy Cosmetica's Rogue palette was a good complement to BB's Longing palette. Might be some shimmers in there that go along with Longing really well! I really enjoyed the video!
I really like the cradled in ice palette. I like the colors, I like how the undertones of the blues play with my skin, I love the dragon theme. I am really considering getting it in their next sale, because I haven't been able to get it out of my mind. I want this one and maybe a couple of the holochromes
The colors in the oden's eye moon wish pallette are absolutely beautiful!

Amanda, help please…. The Nomad New Zealand Stargazing palette, and the Fantasy Cosmetica Cradled in Ice palette, look so similar to me. I loved the color stories of both when they launched, but purchased neither because they seemed quite similar to my eyes and I just couldn’t decide. Do you have a video or could you do one comparing the two? Or, if not, what would you say the differences in shades having them live and in person? Thank you!!!
The layout is similar with blues on the left and pinks on the right which I think is probably causing you to compare them mentally but with both of these palettes in hand I can say there are definitely zero dupe shades and really maybe only 3-4 of the matte shades even similar enough to compare! None of the shimmers are even close. New Zealand Stargazing is overall warm toned and bright/saturated while Cradled in Ice is cool/neutral toned and more muted/desaturated. Both are beautiful and high performing so they would definitely make wonderful companion palettes but if you prefer warmer and brighter go with the Nomad and if you are more into a smokey colors, desaturated palette then you will prefer Cradled in Ice!
I think quarterly rankings instead of monthly would be better with winter quarter skipped since those palettes will be ranked in best of the year anyway.
The Longing palette is on my radar. It just seems more like a fall/ winter color story. It's hard for me to get excited right now when I'm all about the colors for summer.

looks like I'm in the minority, but I prefer the favorites w/all the things, not just makeup, over the ranking ones, but I watch all of them
I’m with you! But they have been declining in viewership so I take that as a sign to maybe try something else 😅
