Great video as always! Would love an expanded version with all Nomad palettes included. Nomad is a brand that has been on my radar for awhile but just haven't purchased anything because of a no buy I have instilled on myself (not buying especially eyeshadow palettes since I have way too many as a non content creator...). Also, the outtakes are what makes you so relatable so I always watch them!

I’m thinking it must be a quality control/production issue because it is the palette I didn’t expect to love so much due to the cool tones and it changed my mind. I will say I haven’t dragged it out yet this year because it’s definitely a fall toned palette for me so I’ll have to see if the quality has suffered any due to age. I got mine pretty late when it went on sale due to being discontinued (the first time- it keep’s appropriately rising from the dead!) ⚰️

It’s never too late! Also I did do a “complete” Nomad ranking 2 years ago but obviously different palettes included since a lot of these hadn’t been released then
I had the same issue with the Haunted Europe palette out of the box. The colors were hard pressed and didn’t have very good saturation. It was my first Nomad palette, but I gave them a second chance with Ghost Town USA and was not dissatisfied. I am glad it wasn’t just me because so many people love the Haunted Europe palette.
I also love the short nails! It is so comfortable, for example when typing 😍 Thank you for the fun video! Nomad is on my wishlist to try (I bought a couple of singles in the past, but in my mind it doesn't count). Their last palette is stunning❤🔥

Love to see all your nomad eyeshadows! Ended up giving royal europe and toyko to my daughter since I rarely used them but quality was very good. Hope I enjoy the new ones I just ordered. They do such a good job with their color stories.
I have the Whistler, one of my favs, Iceland, Tokyo, Shanghai, & Studio 54, which is my least favorite because it hard panned after a couple of months of using it 🤨. Now that Ghosttown has returned I'd like to get it, since I missed out last year, & New Zealand. I debated & passed on Fiji because I don't do yellow or red, but the rest of the the shades are gorgeous 😅.
They are all very pretty. The packaging is very intrikit. I really liked Hudson Valley but I never purchased it so I missed out. Thanks for sharing.👍🍁🍂🐾💜💗
I really hope the re-release is better quality than what you are saying the Haunted Europe you have is/was. That palette has been my "one that got away" and I have been waiting for the re-release! I love the Ghost Town USA and I hope it is like that formula! ❤
So far, I only own 2 Nomad palettes: Ghost Town, USA and Cloud Forest. And I really love both! GT, USA is the PERFECT fall/winter/grungy palette for me. Cloud Forest is a very interesting one for me personally, as I can either use that STUNNING multichrome in the upper left along with the more earthy deep brown and greens for a sultry, smokey, intriguing eye look that always gets complements and the "what are you wearing on your eyes? Where did you get that? I'm buying that one!" or, I will incorporate a few of the vivid, neon shades for fun in an 80's eye look that I wore back in my 20's. All in all, I still prefer Ghost Town USA for an easier, more day friendly look. New Zealand is going to be my next one, along with the Oslo and OG travel palettes... maybe all 4?😉
I would like a full ranking with the discontinued palettes too just to see how Hudson Valley falls into the rankings, I think that was my first Nomad palette.

I just got poison garden it's my 3rd purchase from the brand. The brand is already my fave. And this palette is I am pretty sure my favorite I've ever laid my eyes on or owned. I love a deep smokey palette, but the tones are so unique. I have NOTHING like it in my collection. It's my baby for real❤😊

I was shocked to find out it had such a following when I started paying attention to the makeup community again. I bought the Iceland Fire & Ice and Orient Express at the same time. They are both much better quality, even to this day. I would say that out of my entire makeup collection Haunted Europe is one of my least favorite palettes. But I love the packaging and imprints on it.
Packaging I think I sometimes gets peoples in their feels. I was feeling FOMo over the Haunted Europe palette but I think the Ghost Town USA palette hit the spot for me not sure if I will get the Haunted Europe when rereleased because have a couple palettes higher on my wishlist. I was surprised how much I love the omega go Safari palette got it recently in a sale and it is very flattering on my skin tone 12:1512:18
I was born in the glorious Hudson Valley and was tempted to purchase it. I didn’t because it’s mostly warm tones. I am a total cool toned girl. I did just order my first Nomad pallets. The two Halloween pallets have been restocked and are on sale so it was an easy buy. I wish Nomad would divide the Love and Death pallet. I LOVE the blue side and would enjoy using it, but can’t justify purchasing a pallet just to waste half of the shades.
I'm very excitd about haaunted europe coming back. It's one I always wanted but couldn't get and then it was gone. I hope they send you a new one, and I can't help but wonder if they may have used this chance to update the formula. If they do, could you compare them?
I'd offer an opinion, but to be honest, they discontinued all the palettes I loved and wanted. I wanted ghost town and hudson valley, but when i went to the site, i saw they had removed half their catalogue, with no chance for restocks. Even my beloved iceland pallette was gone. It made me so sad to see that i couldn't purchase anything I saved for. It's hard to support brands that don't restock enough, or constantly discontinue things
They wait a pretty long time (generally more than a year) to discontinue things and they *always* give a warning on their socials several months out when they are planning not to restock something so compared to the vast brands they really handle it incredibly well. I like that they keep a consistent number of things on their site so it’s not too overwhelming, which means discontinuing + releasing new at a steady pace!
Great video! At this time, I only own the Monteverde forest palette. I am tempted by Royal Europe and New Zealand. The price point makes me hesitate, even though it seems the quality is great.
I hope you get the new Haunted Europe to compare. I want it but I’ll wait to see if yours just got old. I saw the owner of Nomad said the formula would be the same and I do like the old more metallic shadows like Iceland Fire & Ice and Whistler’s Snow Lodge more than the super sparkly shadows in Ghost Town and Love & Death.
Ghost Town USA is an awesome palette, just got it last month; bandit queen makes for a great lip color, which is an idea I stole from Jen Luv here on youtube

I really like Nomad, they are fun and solid (Ensley Reign has my heart though). I agree iťs a shame that they discontinue things. It would be nice for them to rerelease palettes with updated, better formulas. I just don't have the time to purchase and use all the things I want, but by the time I am ready, they are often gone. A year is really not that long a time in the life of a non creator...
I think a year both is and isn’t a long time if that makes sense. To a customer I agree it’s not *that* long although social media has shortened all of our attention spans 😂 From a brand perspective, they have to release new stuff frequently enough to keep customers interested and to have enough variety to have something for “everyone” style wise. Keeping a large range of products in production constantly is ultimately just incredibly expensive because they have to buy large quantities up front and hope they can actually sell every single unit off before it expires. Indie brands really just don’t have the combination of huge customer base + retail store marketing that mainstream brands do to keep lots of stuff in production and turn a profit. I hope that makes sense because after typing it I’m less sure I explained it well 🫣
