I done some lecky work on a bar there and went in that entry for a cig ,and a lad and a girl were living in one of those gated alcoves ,they stayed warm off the cooker vent ,sad you could see she had been a pretty girl , but must have got on the gear, so sad somebody's daughter and son they looked about 25yo.

My old rehearsal room was on Progress Place (City rehearsal Studios), we had access to the roof and could look out over the city. Smackheads used to live in one of the doorways, had a curtain up and everything.

This brought back memories for me George. You walked past the fire exit doors to the office I used to work in back in the mid 2000's. When we had a fire alarm we would have to walk down that alley and onto Victoria Street. You would see used condoms and bottles of poppers all over the floor!

Hi George, you're right. What a dirty place, but the top part wasn't too bad. l wonder if the council refuses to empty the bins because it's all contaminated with mixed rubbish who knows 👍

What's with the 3 foot wide speed bumps at the end of this vid George , never seen those anywhere , too narrow to affect any vehicles I'd think ?

In your Liverpool slums you look in the dustbin for something to eat find a dead rat and think its a treat. Remember that 70s terraces classic. Singing it at anfield with nufc ❤
