Why do the powers that should not be keep knocking down our old buildings instead of doing them up ,these old buildings are of better quality than the shit they build today , square blocks not architecture ,love your vids mate 👍✅
Aparently its "progress". Yet it feels like its going backwords. the cost of amending and adapting the older structures is also a factor in some models. Some say its cheaper to knock down and build new. Since some older structures require alot more work to adapt to a new usage. Eventualy there wont be any decent old buildings left in the center.
