Hussley! I have two critiques on this very good video: 1. The failure to put Duke’s mayo on that sammich may have been fatal to your cook. 2. The fact that you don’t put your videos up on Saturday mornings baffles me. Do you know how good that cheesesteak sammich would have been to cook and eat during a college football afternoon? Haha! Guess I’ll have to make that sammich next Saturday before the games start. Have a good week.

Yoooo HH. It’s amazing how similar we cook bro! Man, it’s all about those little bits of crispy brown goodness that you have to get on all sides of the meat! And you almost lost me on the “banana peppers”, but when I seen you pull them out I recognize one them as pepperoncinis!! And yes I DO put those on my sammiches and salads!
This may be a good opportunity to add a segment or channel to your lineup. Husseys Good Eats. You tour the Carolinas and show us some good food and then cook it up on the blackstone
Sup, I'd love to try that👊, at casino we make thousands a weekend (fri-sun), also rest of week, we thin slice chuck cold and raw, and add mushrooms (which contains msg naturally) to the peppers and onions, our salt is 1to10 msg/salt also, sadly we use Velveeta, but meat never cooked on grill, it's layered on top of bed of veggies and seasoned and immediately add the sliced Velveeta, the steam melts the meat and cheese, and that's it, but flat top is 15' long lol. Going to make one of yours from our brisket for my lunch break👍. Tyvm
