Can this kit be used with the Wylde chamber? The only difference in the chamber is the case neck is a different angle… anyone with a definite answer would be appreciated! Thx…
for those of you who don't have this, just buy it, pull that trigger, you won't be disappointed. I have 7 ARs that I can run mine in, though it mostly lives in my 10.5" pistol. I've shot more in the last couple of year with this than any other gun I have. It's just that much fun and you practice with your actual gun. The only con about it is if you use a mil-spec charging handle. Gasses will come around it into your face, nothing bad but you'll want to wear glasses. cmmg sells a charging handle (plastic) for it but I fixed one by using a ball cutter w/dremel tool to make a channel on the underside that directs the gasses out the right side. This isn't an issue with any of the ambi-charging handles I have. Also, if down the road you want to go dedicated this can be used for that, you just need a barrel and chamber collar installed and removing the shell chamber adapter off the bcg. Then your good to go. I also gotten an extra 25rd mag so to have an even 4 mags-100rds. It's never had any issues other than the normal, fail to fire that's just a part of the, things 22lr does. accuracy's not bad, about twice the size of what my 18" 10/22 (vs 10.5" AR pistol) will do but it really depends on which rifle I'm using it in. longer barrels only seem to help. I bought this as a training aid, so I could use my actual rifles. it instantly became so much more, I look forward to using it because it's just fun.
I appreciate your time on this video. Ammo wasn't so much of a concern, but 556 223 was a little intimidating for my kids. Trying to perpetuate 2a and freedom for the next gen. Thanks again brother!
I know this is a older video, but I wanted to thank you for doing this review. I just recently bought a 5.56 upper from PSA and I had a spare lower completely done, so I figured I would try this kit out. Every review and video I have seen, people say this is a great kit, so, I am going to basically make 1 of my AR15s a .22 to just go plinking with. Thanks for the video.
That's exactly what I did, however, it took 2 range trips to get it running reliably. I had to buy a bolt weight plus a "reliability kit" to prevent *bolt bounce* with HV 22lr ammo. After the mods, mine was eating everything, even the cheap Federal "Range Pack" with 40 gr lrn.
I have this conversion and love it. With CMI ammo I have never had a failure to fire, feed or eject. At 50 yards the 22LR point of impact is about 1/2'" low when compared to 223/5.56.
I bought one of these units last year. One of the best investments (firearms wise) I have made. Works great with decent .22LR ammo (CCI Mini Mag is flawless). For prepper reasons, it makes a great investment logistics wise. In a SHTF situation my rifle choice would be my AR with this kit in my tool bag with some spare mags in addition to my normal 5.56 Nato loadout.
I removed the gas system and turned the gas block around to block the Gas port in the barrel. This made it much cleaner to shoot and no back pressure in the face. It’s dedicated 22, but I can remove the CMMG bolt and use the 556 bolt as a manual bolt action if needed. I have other ARs so there’s not need to fire 556 through it except maybe to remove lead and deposits
Shooting ranges are never a problem for me. Plus I never pay to go and never on a timer. If you are wondering why, that’s because the places I go shoot is outdoors. I go to the desert and local BML land. I also shoot in my backyard. By the way I have this conversion kit and it’s awesome. When I don’t want to go to the desert or BML land I just shoot in my backyard.
and for anyone that don't know, all you have to change is the barrel/gas block from .223/5.56 to a 300blk if you wanted to go to a black out everything else will run
I had one in my hands at the store the other day and put it back after I found 1000 round case of 556 LOL. I really want one though and I absolutley love their lower parts kits. Their triggers are nicer than any other milspec kit trigger in my opinion. Love their color coded bags too.
My brother has one it didn’t like Remington golden bullets but it functioned great with the red pack aguila 22 . He likes it especially considering the 5.56 pistol is very loud in the indoor range . Great video and information. Might get one soon as things get better for my Ruger .
One positive to this is in California if it's rimfire it's not considered an assault weapon with all the furniture/features and without the fin. Something to consider if you're traveling around and want to keep it legal.
Thanks for the video. Turns out I had to cancel my order with CMMG. I have a H-BAR match AR with the notched hammer. Just glad I clicked on your video.
Got mine on sale for 150. Reliable and fun. I have a Colt m4 22lr, and 4 556 ARs, 7.5, 10.5, and two 16 inch. Definitely cheaper training and just fun.
I watched the whole video, and I was glad to see you mention that this kit will be less accurate than a dedicated one. For not much more, you can get the M&P 15-22, which has the right barrel. Accuracy is really the most important issue, because that's why you practice, to increase your accuracy. So, you would be defeating the whole purpose. I have the 15-22, but also the Ruger I-Tac 10/22, which has a folding stock. Both of them are great, but I really prefer the 10/22 because of the magazines are totally made for the 22, and they never mess up, and very plentiful. Even buying a 10/22 or the 15-22, you will still save the same on ammo, and you will have an accurate rifle. Great video, but I have to say that 22 rifles are cheap, and my opinion would be to go with a complete setup. Used 22s can be real cheap, even cheaper than the conversion, and would work better. But, CMMG is a great company, I'm not knocking them, just not what I would do.
MO my conversion was 100 + and change. I have to re zero my scope if I go to to 223. But I have found it to be as accurate as any 22 ammo is as accurate. A dedicated AR 22 caliber is in the 400 to 600 dollar range? The beauty of this conversion kit is no FFL involved, no transfer fee, and no waiting period. It's a win-win-win. Especially in this world ends details at 11 climate giving them every excuse in the world to hold up the sale. Stay safe my friend stay healthy.
Yeah, I wanted to address the accuracy issue, or possibility thereof. I'm glad you liked the video. I was giving reasons why someone might want this instead of a dedicated rifle, and reasons why the rifle would be better. Everyone has different circumstances, so I dont see a wrong answer on this one. I hear you. I also see why the kit is better for some people. Keep in mind some states closed gun shops, and they can't even buy a rifle right now. Especially those with universal background checks.
I paid $163 OTD for this 3-25rd mag conversion from PA on sale. cheapest i've seen the S&W is around $350 before tax & FFL. Accuracy depends on the rifle your using it in but it's better than what your thinking. I have 2 custom 10/22s and a bunch of different bolt/auto loader 22s. I use the conversion about twice as much as any of the others. If you've never had mag issues with the 10/22 then you don't shoot much. but then again I use my tools, not just get them so I can talk shit about things I have no idea about on the internet. 22plinkster has a vid about the accuracy of this conversion, watch that then come talk smack. BTW practice is not only about accuracy, that's only a small part of why you train.
cmmg makes 16", 9" and 4.5" 22lr barrels for your ar. Pop one of those in along with the conversion kit and mag and you're in business! They even come with a collar so you dont need the chamber adapter portion that comes with the bravo kit. Feeds better.
Okay, that's good stuff. Thanks for the info My big question is if they offer those barrels threaded and will they hold up to a binary trigger? Thanks for your guys time and great video!
Green Mountain makes a 1:14 twist barrel. It would be a good barrel for someone who plans to shoot a lot of .22 using this convetsion and still get very good accuracy with the ability to still shoot 55 grain 5.56 if you want. Im pretty sure 1:16 is the most common .22 twist but I think 1:14 would be slow enough for good accuracy. Maybe I'll do a build like this.
i love the ar 15/ m16 rifle. i wish i could have kept my 20"m16 rifle from my army days. i built several ar15 rifles for myself and only use 62 grain m855 556 ammo and have lots of ammo for it.
When I got out I ordered, 2 of the AR A2s before they were even released to the public. If you've spent time using the full size ARs as issued, you'll know why.
Great info. I’ve been researching this conversion kit and found your video. Thanks for the info. Also thought it was cool that you sound like one of my favorite wrestlers, Rob Van Dam. 😆 👍🏽
I’ve had one for years. I love it, but they work best with slower twist barrels. CMMG also one made a .22 LR upper with a tighter .22 barrel. They are great.
I just bought one of these kits with three 25 rnd mags for my Ruger AR-.556, its so simple and inexpensive to use, great for training and loads of fun. Don't forget the Lightnin Loader, load a 25 rnd mag in 15 seconds.
2a Edu - No problem! Lefty ARs are simply a niche within our community- LOL All the builds on my channel are Southpaw ARs. I totally get that they’re not really necessary, they’re just unique and comfortable for the left-eye dominate shooters out there, like myself. I’m doing as good as I can. I tested positive this week for the bat-stew flu, definitely scary.. but I’m trying to get better. Hope you’re doing well
@@p99shooter damn man, thats very scary. You are the first person I've met even in a distant style like this that actually said they had Covid or knew anyone that had it. I'm going to sub to your channel and check up on you later. I wish you and your family the best of luck and will pray for you guys.
The Third Pin - Thanks! I really appreciate the kind words.. It means so very much. And thanks for the sub! More projects soon when I’m better.. I thought I had a bad cold/ seasonal allergy kind of thing. Lots of coughing, achey, tired/ no energy. Eye soreness, extreme light sensitivity. Looking at a phone/ computer screen or tv is like looking at the sun. Never had a fever. Barely left my home in 2 months, don’t know how the hell I caught it. Be oh so careful out there!
If I didn't already own a Ruger 10/22, tricked out in an M-4 configuration with aftermarket equipment, I'd definitely be interested in this conversion kit for my AR. Still, it's interesting and I can pass this along to those who owns AR's, but not a semi-auto in .22LR. 🇺🇸💀🇺🇸
The one for $169 at Palmetto Amory, the 3 magazines that came with it, they jammed my gun nearly every single shot. The 32 round Black Dog magazines are great.
From what I've seen, a 5.56 or .223 barrel has a bore diameter at the lands of .219 so a .223 would be less tight of a seal than .224 but should still be perfectly fine.
It seems it would be easier to have a 300BO upper and a 5.56 upper with the .22 conversion ready to go then you have three variants on one and a half rifles. I bought this a while ago and now I'm just waiting for the fire ban and associated shooting restrictions to lift so I can go to my normal outdoor range and get some plink time.
Great review with one exception. I HIGHLY recommend getting a loader that will work with these low rise 25 round magazines. My thumb is sore at the 13th round. Am waiting on a loader here now. Found one for $9 range. Only one or two that I found made one. Search Midway for a speed loader for AR15 -22 mag loader. Just a suggestion. Great advice and vid, God Bless
I got one of these month ago...I have 5.56 NATO I bought the buffer plug and charging handle blank and with CCI mini mag hv 40 grain and winchester copper plated round nose 40 grain super speed 1300 fps cycle through this like a raped ape... Absolutely love it...
When did you buy your kit? Yours has the two piece chamber adapter. That’s the one that cracked on mine, and CMMG sent me the new one piece adapter (no brass bushing to connect the two pieces). I took a picture to show you the difference but I don’t know of a way to share it here. If you want me to email a pic to you, let me know. Two other notes: CMMG recommends against using a lighter hammer and trigger spring, like the ones made by JP Enterprises. I did have that kit, so I actually put the original hammer spring in but with the kit’s trigger spring. Still works great! Last, CMMG makes a mag loader for loading 22LR in the mags. WELL worth the ten buckaroos or so! My hands were hurting when I didn’t have the mag loader. Enjoy some cheap plinking!
I'm a little iffy about getting anymore .22 LRs right now just because I know when that ammo disappears from shelves it's gonna be a long time before it comes back because manufacturers make more off of .223, .308, 9mm, and .45 and other center fired cartridges so they'll be filling that demand 1st before they do the rim fired cartridges.
best I can tell taurus makes one hell of a 22 pistol, probably cost the same as a conversion kit would. I know this is why I have a Colt 22lr 1911, it was cheaper to buy the pistol than a conversion kit. Go figure...
just so ya know a bit a secret on those mags.... allen key take them apart... see that shinny pin blocking the bullets? yeah punch that out put her back together and pew pew i got 27 rounds into one but most hole 25 lol
Real good video .I was planning to buy a Ar 15 but price went up a little bit.i guess I have to way . But soon I buy one I going to get one of this conv.do you know if work PSA ar15👍 Puertorican hillbilly 🙏
One day I was looking for my ak cleaning kit ask my wife if she had seen it she replied yes your gun is over here I know a cleaning kit is not a gun she is from Mexico so she did not the difference which I found out🤔 basically it let me know that I can buy all those beautiful firearms that my heart desire and she will know😉
Caveat. every 100 .33lr shoot a full power .223 to clear the gas tblock and tube. Then clean the bolt. Don't ask me how I know. otherwise you may wind up with a single h shot AR.
i got one for my dpms panther, shoots 5inch groups at 25 yrds,w/cci velociters,my reloads cost less n shoot 1/2 minate at 100 yrds,i ll stick w/reloads ,cmmg kit w/ 3 24 rnd mags for sale
My AR-556 ruger doesn't want to take the kit. when i close the upper it doesn't let me. It is like the hammer does not let it. But i have not seen anybody with this problem. I wonder if i'm doing anything different.
Thats a good kit, but city slickers like myself it wouldn't help me lol. All the ranges are closed, so nowhere to shoot. On a side note what do you think about Dick's Sporting Goods losing their mossberg contract because they changed the age to purchase all firearms to 21+?
IMO its about time manufactures started getting involved more in the 2A struggle . After all , if we loose (never gonna go down ) our 2A right , who are they going to sell their wares to ? It's a fight for their existence as well , and its time they started acting like it !
@its me I agree, I shook my head and laughed at them when they told me that. They clearanced out almost all their ammo months ago. I bought them out of 223 and most of the common pistol calibers. $2 for 20 rounds I couldn't pass up, I do shop local gunshop's when they are open.
Orion. I could not agree more! Many of these gun companies have sold us up the river to make another dollar. ........ Springfield....and others.... Small shops like Forged Tec holsters are helping protect the 2A, and he is a owner operator. The big boys need to step up or get out.
I usually do my unboxing review first, then a shooting video. I have shooting footage with this. Thanks for reminding me. I still need to do that video
I like the idea to be able to have the conversion kit in your pack. I had the bushmaster carbon 15/22 witch was awesome. For one you had the option on the bushmaster to put any ar upper on it 223 5.56 and 7.62. Idk if you can do that on other Ar 22s?. And the Aguila is probably gonna work best. The cases aren't crimped and that helps against gas seepage..
@@2aEdu yea, I usually go to a range/club out in Brighton to shoot I've been trying to find friends with private land/range to do a little more than just shoot. I wanna actually do some real training and get a little more proficient.
I got one a month ago and mine was firing two at a time until one got lodged in the converter kit. Any idea why that would happen. I’ve heard nothing but good about it so could have been user error or bad ammo
I recently purchased the CCMG 22lr conversion kit for my AR-15 5.56. And after watching this video, I went to bore buddy website and found the 22lr AR Reliability Kit that they sale. My question is, if I get this and put these upgrades in my gun can they permanently stay in when I want to shoot 5.56 or .223 ammunition again? I realize bolt carriers have to be swapped for larger or smaller caliber ammunition. But does the new plugs that come in the kit for the stock and bolt carrier and springs. Do they have to come back out of the gun? Thank You and Merry Christmas
If you are making upgrades to the conversion bolt, I would leave them on. But for specifics I would talk to Bore Buddy themselves. It's their product and they will have the best answer for their product.
You can just pick up a couple cheap AR hammers. Swap 'em out and voila. I think they can be had for as little as $7 ea. So yeah ya go, problem solved. 👍 😉
Any harm in using this to break in a new AR? I just received one of these and even though I have 5.56 ammo, I would like to hold on to it. The manual says to fire 5.56 to clean the gas tube which is no big deal.
As of today. Ammoland has a promo code for this kit at Brownells. Great price!
I'm glad you still around... Enjoy life while we can still breathing and body able to do what we Love to do..... ✌️😇👍
I don't know if I'd want to put lead down my Barrel though
I got mine from Primary Arms, Brownells was out of stock
Decided to go for the smith and wesson sport
Can this kit be used with the Wylde chamber? The only difference in the chamber is the case neck is a different angle… anyone with a definite answer would be appreciated! Thx…

Thanks for the review 2AEdu; I’ve purchased about 7k rounds of 22lr just for this reason and plan on saving my 2k rounds of 5.56- good content.
I removed the gas system and turned the gas block around to block the Gas port in the barrel. This made it much cleaner to shoot and no back pressure in the face. i built several ar15 rifles for myself and only use 62 grain m855 556 ammo and have lots of ammo for it.
I do too. I have a M16A1 original Colt Vietnam parts kit build. I could do a video on it, if interested?
When I got out I ordered, 2 of the AR A2s before they were even released to the public. If you've spent time using the full size ARs as issued, you'll know why.
@@2aEdu hell yeah we're interested. Or at least I am, they're just cool and shoot better than the carbines.
I was just looking this up yesterday thinking about getting it nice vid
Cool. If you go to ammoland, they have a promo code for this at Brownels. It is a great price.
2a Edu Awesome thank you
Great info. I’ve been researching this conversion kit and found your video. Thanks for the info.
Also thought it was cool that you sound like one of my favorite wrestlers, Rob Van Dam. 😆 👍🏽
Thank you. I'm glad it was helpful. lol. I have been told that a couple times before. 👍
I’ve had one for years. I love it, but they work best with slower twist barrels. CMMG also one made a .22 LR upper with a tighter .22 barrel. They are great.
Cool. Yep, slower twist is better for sure. I will look into the .22 upper. Thanks man!
I just bought one of these kits with three 25 rnd mags for my Ruger AR-.556, its so simple and inexpensive to use, great for training and loads of fun.
Don't forget the Lightnin Loader, load a 25 rnd mag in 15 seconds.
* Not for use in Lefty AR uppers!
Standard right-hand eject only.
Great product, though! Great video
Oh well... Lefties are mutants and not really fully human anyways. 😁
Good point. p99. I mentioned right hand ejection, but forgot to say only right hand ejection. I hope you are doing good man!
I ❤ my CMMG .22 LR conversion I got mine years ago.
👍 Cool.
drysori me too, paid more back then but works soooooo fine every time!
Waiting for mine to get delivered. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas
Great channel. Great to have other patriots of the mitten.
Thanks you. Good to have you here too. 👍 MI
Thank you!!! You just solved my problem... Nice!!!
Glad I could help!
From now on if I buy anything from Amazon I will use your link my friend.
Thank you. I appreciate it.
That carbine length skinny handguard looks really good with the fixed stock on that rifle.
Thanks 👍
The one for $169 at Palmetto Amory, the 3 magazines that came with it, they jammed my gun nearly every single shot.
The 32 round Black Dog magazines are great.
Gotta run it wet. Also there is a plug for buffer tube.
Will this work on Ruger AR556?
From what I've seen, a 5.56 or .223 barrel has a bore diameter at the lands of .219 so a .223 would be less tight of a seal than .224 but should still be perfectly fine.
Right. Like I said it will seal. But not swage as much.
The kit worked suppressed with me also.
Cool. 👍
Yeah, that would be a good plan. 👍
Very good video well explained !! Very good the AR that manufactures is with carry handle like the old school !
Thank you. I'm glad you liked the video. I also like the upper with integrated carry handle. I like old school!
I saw this on sale for $129 WITH 3 MAGAZINES recently on Primary Arms.
Great deal. !
Probably a gen1 kit.
do you remember when .22lr was a penny a round of less
Yes I do. Back in the 90s early 2000s.
Great advice and vid,
God Bless
I got one of these month ago...I have 5.56 NATO I bought the buffer plug and charging handle blank and with CCI mini mag hv 40 grain and winchester copper plated round nose 40 grain super speed 1300 fps cycle through this like a raped ape... Absolutely love it...
Cool. I'm liking this kit too. I will do a followup video soon.
I have been wanting one of these for a while now!
It seems pretty cool. I shot it today. So a followup is coming soon.
I bought it about a year and a half ago. I didnt realize there were 2 different designs. You can send me an email.
2a Edu will do 👍🏻
I have this. Can't wait to try it...ps.. My wife shops Amazon like crazy...!! Going to use your link..
I did a follow up shooting with it. It is a fun kit to use. Thank you for using the link. I appreciate it. Tell wife thanks too 👍
I'm a little iffy about getting anymore .22 LRs right now just because I know when that ammo disappears from shelves it's gonna be a long time before it comes back because manufacturers make more off of .223, .308, 9mm, and .45 and other center fired cartridges so they'll be filling that demand 1st before they do the rim fired cartridges.
I hear you there. The rimfire took years after Sandy Hook. I'm still seeing .22 though. I dont think this is nearly as big of a run as there was then.
Don't forget the plug for the buffer. You need the conversion to work not the stocks buffer spring.
We got the 22 kit and did a review as well.
I have seen your videos before. You seem pretty cool, and your daughter too. I thought I had subbed.....I am now. 👍
I would love to see a .22 conversation kit for the g2c🤪🤪🤪🤪
Me too. That is a great idea. 👍
best I can tell taurus makes one hell of a 22 pistol, probably cost the same as a conversion kit would. I know this is why I have a Colt 22lr 1911, it was cheaper to buy the pistol than a conversion kit. Go figure...
My son has one , we like it .
Awesome. Good to hear!
I'm interested in the CMMG 22lr conversion for my AR15. You still using it, if so how is it holding up?
Considering a dedicated 22lr platform or the conversion. For me, the big question is how accurate is the conversion. From YT videos, it's a mixed bag.
If your primary concern is accuracy...I generally recommend a dedicated .22lr rifle.
I have one that my buddy gave me, I can't wait to try it.
👍 Cool.
My wife absolutely loves a new firearm in the house 🤣🤣🤣
Maybe they’ll come out with a .22 mag?
That is a great idea, and I would love that. But I highly doubt they will.
Man my AR has the slot hammer so I should buy this?
TY 4 info GreaT idea AR less sadly but g/son has one & no rangetime lately ! Important cause He is N ROTC & values his skill's highly!
just so ya know a bit a secret on those mags.... allen key take them apart... see that shinny pin blocking the bullets? yeah punch that out put her back together and pew pew i got 27 rounds into one but most hole 25 lol
And don't forget no FFL, transfer fee and no unknown waiting period in these times of world ends details at 11.
Yes, very good point. transferring a gun right now is not an easy process.
i want to build a dedicated 22lr ar rifle some day.
That would be cool. 👍
I got 1 it's been awesome. Better where some glasses cause when you shoot fast it can get a little crazy
Cool. Good to know....lol Crazy sounds fun.
Real good video .I was planning to buy a Ar 15 but price went up a little bit.i guess I have to way . But soon I buy one I going to get one of this conv.do you know if work PSA ar15👍 Puertorican hillbilly 🙏
Thank you. 👍 Yeah guns have gone up in price recently. Hopefully they go down again soon. It will work fine with a PSA AR 25.
Thank you for you answer good to know
One day I was looking for my ak cleaning kit ask my wife if she had seen it she replied yes your gun is over here I know a cleaning kit is not a gun she is from Mexico so she did not the difference which I found out🤔 basically it let me know that I can buy all those beautiful firearms that my heart desire and she will know😉
Haha. You have it made man! Good wife 👍
Caveat. every 100 .33lr shoot a full power .223 to clear the gas tblock and tube.
Interesting. thanks!
Pretty sure 22lr fit just fine and problem is twist rate wrong for weight and speed
I really like your video's bro. It's like when I am trying to get it as well. You know what I mean.
Thanks man! Yeah, this was a true unboxing. Figuring it out as I go, like all of us do. lol
Cool Video, Thanks. 🇺🇸
Thanks man!
Might be a dumb question as I don't see how rifling could line up with the main barrel but is the chamber adapter smooth bore?
No rifling in the chamber adapter.
Can u use other 22lr mags with it
Not that I know of
can i convert a Tippmann M422 .22 LR into 5.56?
I don't think so.
I noticed hammering o the back of the Receiver Frame -anyone see that ?
Why didn't you show us you shooting it?
I usually do my unboxing review first, then a shooting video. I have shooting footage with this. Thanks for reminding me. I still need to do that video
556 going over 1.00 a rd ouch as of this date
I like the idea to be able to have the conversion kit in your pack. I had the bushmaster carbon 15/22 witch was awesome. For one you had the option on the bushmaster to put any ar upper on it 223 5.56 and 7.62.
Idk if you can do that on other Ar 22s?. And the Aguila is probably gonna work best. The cases aren't crimped and that helps against gas seepage..
Do these magazines work well when loaded to the full 25 rd capacity?
The shooting review is coming soon. I'll give you a sneak preview hint....Yes. lol
Is 223 and 556 the same?
Technically they are different, but practically they are the same.
is there a reverse kit,to convert a .22l to shot .223?
Unfortunately no. You can convert down, but not up to the bigger cartridge.
I'm new, so thanks.
No prob 👍
Are you going to do range videos? Keep up the good work!
Yes I do range videos. Kind of hard to get out right now. I do plan to do a range video on this too.
Just a quick question do they make that in 22 mag that would be awesome thanks
Not that I know of.
are there ranges still open in Monroe?
Not sure. I dont usually shoot at ranges. I do private property and my club in Brighton.
@@2aEdu yea, I usually go to a range/club out in Brighton to shoot I've been trying to find friends with private land/range to do a little more than just shoot. I wanna actually do some real training and get a little more proficient.
@@squirlboy250 Look for Charles Darling in the comments of this video. Tell him the same thing you told me. He is a good guy.
I have no idea. Merry Christmas
Unfortunately both my ar's have the notch cut out and not the rounded part. So i can't use this kit
You can just pick up a couple cheap AR hammers. Swap 'em out and voila. I think they can be had for as little as $7 ea. So yeah ya go, problem solved. 👍 😉
+1
Any harm in using this to break in a new AR? I just received one of these and even though I have 5.56 ammo, I would like to hold on to it. The manual says to fire 5.56 to clean the gas tube which is no big deal.
