JET2'S EXTRA LEGROOM SEATS REVIEW - Leeds Bradford to Fuerteventura

- In this video, I fly with Jet2 onboard one of their routes from Leeds Bradford to Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands.
Jet2 are a low cost airline based at Leeds Bradford Airport. They operate regular flights within Europe, Asia and operate Winter flights on specified dates from the UK to Newark, New York. I booked this flight as a last minute flight just a few weeks before my holiday. The fare Jet2 were able offer on this flight was outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed my flight. Their level of service and comfort was excellent.
I took this flight on one of their extra legroom seats. I hope to provide another video in the future to show their standard legroom seating, and compare the two products!

It's great that LBA is home to one of the uks biggest and best airlines it's done a lot for the airports growth
I flew on Jet2 and all the staff were very friendly and professional. There was a problem with the cargo door and the captain took time to explain to everyone the problem

I went to Leeds airport and honestly it’s tiny compared to my home airport Newcastle but still a nice place!

Not flown Jet2 yet but hopefully soon, love Fuerteventura and we went last October for my 50th birthday, we’re we stayed in Caleta we could sit and watch all the aircraft coming into land as was in the flight path, slapped the flight tracker on and we were away lol, great video.👍👍

Jet2 standard legroom is more than enough, no need to get extra legroom from my experience. Love travelling Jet2. The preorder meals are good too.
I agree, we don’t normally take extra legroom seats, but they were the only ones available when we booked as we booked last minute! Yes their service is excellent and like you say the meals were very good for an airline meal!
I've only ever flown from manchester and as a general rule of thumb I'm actually quite a nervous flyer. I fly from LBA in june to tenerife and I'm already worried because this runway looks rough 😂 and you hear alot about the bad winds the airport gets affecting take offs and landings.
Aron marshall you’ll be fine. Jet2 are great, chat to the crew I’m sure you’ll know already and they’ll put you at ease. LBA does have a shorter runway than most UK airports but it’s still plenty long enough for the types of aircraft using it! With regards to the weather, if it’s too windy/foggy or winds are leading to a bad crosswind, and it’s unsafe they’ll not land! It’s simple as that. The pilots are highly trained and will never sacrifice safety. Just remember that. So yes it’s a rough runway 😂 but it’ll be fine! Just remember the people in charge are experts! Enjoy your flight and holiday 😊

Aron marshall it’s ok I flown from Leeds Bradford to futurentura and I was on jet2 iswell and it was my first ever time flying and I was nervous but soon as I got there I was actually not scared in the way back from futurentura it was at 2.am and I liked it so much on the way there I was at window seat on the way back the whole flight no need to be scared it’s fime
The rough runway you refer to is due to the surface consisting of paved slabs which are heavily grooves to assist aircraft braking.
Haha I just saw the reg of the plane I went on G-JZBA on Saturday form leeds to zakynthos and I went in the cockpit
