A little before the Big XII but my favorite OU memory was K-State beating OU on Free-throws in OT in Manhattan in 1993 and Billy Tubbs saying we’re going to beat the (blank) out of them in Norman you can mark it down. Then K-State comes back and beats OU in Norman. In the Big XII the last game with OU in 2019 we won the game and a share of the Big XII title. Football the 2003 Big XII Championship game.
TCU is laughable, acting like they were the first to announce paying the max. Texas Tech announced back in April that they would be paying the settlement amount.
I have connections to Purdue and Tennessee, so I’m a fan of both the B1G & SEC. That noted, I don’t want to see these other conferences destroyed. Amateur athletics has pretty much been destroyed. I don’t think that’s a good thing, but that obviously doesn’t matter. I enjoy watching Big 12 football too. Destroying the Big 12 would be a mistake.

Either way, the Big 12 will have to fork over 20% plus of their income. With the upcoming payments to players, the remaining money will be MUCH LESS to the school. The main source of income for the schools is the TV contract. No elite program could accept the Big 12 TV contract

I really want to respect and like your channel but there are times where you’re either intellectually lazy or just don’t care. The latter of which I struggle with as I’d think you’d want your channel to grow and thereby acknowledge the need to stay on top of things.
Kirby / Tech did say in March we’d participate in revenue staring at the highest level as well. So why would you ignore that declaration? You’re not old enough to have Biden dementia problems so why the laziness or simple dishonesty?
