The attention to detail in Cobra Kai is very impressive. The big three, Josh, Jon, and Hayden are masters in balancing nostalgia with new storytelling. Hollywood should take notes from them.

Yknow I might sound crazy here but I think one of the main factors in Cobra Kai getting started was the bachelor party episode in HIMYM s8.
William Zabka and Ralph Maccio would have become good friends again after the Bro Mitzvah episode in s8 of HIMYM. That might have led to them deciding to make a show based on what happens after the first 4 movies.

There is another Easter egg. In Cobra Kai, Daniel visits a tomb. It is the tombstone of a mr. Miyagi. Only the truest of true fans will know that this is an actual reference to the original trilogy where Mr. Miyagi is Daniel's mentor.
Most of these are not easter eggs, but just stuff that resembles stuff that we have seen before, plus these are not HIDDEN At all.

An Easter egg I found was in Season 2 Episode 10. For a split second, we see Sam hold up a book. The cover looks very accurate to the book, “The Outsiders” by S.E. Hinton. In the movie for “The Outsiders,” Ralph Macchio, aka Daniel LaRusso, plays Johnny Cade. Not sure if that was an Easter egg, but I thought that was kinda cool
