The EECT300 is just as good especially if it was cheap. The new one is barely better. That’s the game with all companies especially cars and electronics not just tool companies. Try to convince you that you need the latest and greatest. The new one would not have done anything different on the heated seat diag.

Depends on your dealer ,my tool dealers warranty , everything I give them like my old snap 20 year old box he warranty the slides no prob ,he had it the next week

What do you think the price of that meter would be if it was made in the usa and the quality just look at fluk it is the best industrial meter made but if it was made here I probably wouldn't be able to afford it
It's hard to say I wouldn't want to guess but at some point you'd have to think a company would say the market won't hold that price point I ended up buying this with trade of my old meter for around 300 so I made a valuable upgrade however I'd still own 2 other meters because I have to and I'm looking for a 4th lol

Have the 550 set up. Do the auto feeders for bullets etc work well or are you constantly futzing with them? Considering the 650 one of these days.
Once you get it dialed in it usually runs pretty smooth but changing calibers definitely requires it to be dialed in.

I don’t reload yet. I’ve thought about it but have not committed yet. I’m not sure I shoot enough of anyone caliber to make it worth it although with my first 9mm full auto SMG (MAC-11) I may look more closely at 9mm reloading. What is your cost per round? I can still by 9mm at .13-.16 per round and obviously with a bullet hose like a M11 accuracy does not matter. I shoot a lot of .22,.17hmr, 9mm,.40. Rarely shoot my .45’s
Yes 9mm is kinda a wash it cost me about
.08 to .10 a rd so almost not worth it but my loads have to be a little bit hotter then most factory to make the required power factor to shoot major matches.
CP the tool addict that adds up, probably saves you $1500-2000/year if you are shooting 30,000 rounds. Plus it allows you to load your preference. Thinking about it +p rounds are even more so you are actually probably saving $2500-3500/year

it's a lot more $ but it's by far the best powder not temperature sensitive either plus I has a better less felt recoil.

You don't see the real shooters cause we are sick of shooting after 10 years. Go to an infantry platoon and shoot for a day, then call them clowns........They will roll your fatass down a hill
