I'm wondering wouldn't it be more profitable to run a bar there instead of a massage shop on that street? You already got the traffic and the rooms upstairs for extra activities. I'm sure you will need some different licences etc
Yes sir, it would be considerably more profitable and as I don't drink, it would not be problematic, but the startup expense is more than I care to invest.
@@CerebralAptitude Yes fair point, I hope you will have succes with the business. I also think its a smart move documenting the whole journey. It will show people how it is to start a business there as a foreigner.
Thank you for the advice good sir. In all my decades in business I've never heard that, honestly. Impatience may be a virtue, however it's not an obstacle for success.
@@CerebralAptitude It is in Thailand. Believe me, I've watched lots of guys, smartest guys in the room back in the West, crash and burn in Thailand because they jumped right in without knowing what was swimming in the water.
You are in the wrong country doing business if you expect half the things you are expecting. Learn to plan for that or just pack up and go back to where you feel comfortable doing business before. When in Rome.

If you're not willing to be patient, you will fail. Seen it a million times. Learn to be patient or just throw your money in the toilet.
