Well explained!I was Pre diabetic with Hbaic 7.2 in 2020 November and Completely asymptomatic. My weight was76.7kgs.By 2021 August I reduced my weight to 60kgs and my HBAIC became 5.4.Still following new lifestyle. Thank you for you wonderful explanation Doctor! May God bless you! Most of the people are not aware of their problems and don't know how to control. That is the sad thing!

Very excellent speech. Thanks for alerting about kidney disease. I'm regularly watching ur videos sincerely Bcz I'm last 19 years with diabetes. Up to naw there no any complications. My PP sugar agter break fast about 200 to 250 which very high not get controlig. My hba1c reasult 7 to 8

I have been a diabetic for 25 yrs but do not take medication especially metformin as the condition will get worse. The most important thing is to avoid sugar, alcohol, coffee, wheat, soy, animal milk, vegetable oils, processed foods and exercise regularly. I eat only food cooked with organic extra virgin coconut oil (cold pressed). The other good oils are mustard, avocado and Gir2 cow ghee. When you are diabetic, it means that your body is in a state of insulin sensitivity and you need to take a bit more real sea salt than others. Good salts are Maldon, Raymonds, Celtic and unprocessed pink rock salt which contains 84 minerals. Exercise is pertinent to your well=being. I am 75 years old now and still virile because I do not forget to take a tablespoon of soaked fenugreek seeds(24 hrs) daily with my breakfast.

Wonderful presentation Doc.. I am 74 . A patient of CKD having Bosniac Category II cyst . Have been regularly taking medicine for Sugar & BP . Both Sugar n BP is under control . Creatinine level 1.00 I take everything ( food )in moderation . A measured Drinker . Stopped smoking 25 yrs back . Please advise whether there is any possibility of End Stage Renal Failure in future . Thank you.

Had ultrasonography of the lower ab 2 yrs back when it was found kidney cyst to be Bosniac Cat Ii . Thereafter, have not undergone so far any further USG . I have no problem in urination . Checked prostate 3mounths back ( blood test ) which is within the limits .

I am eating less and almost not taking sugar. But after every meal , it goes above 240 though I am on medication as well. Walks regularly.
