It’s nice to finally get a new dps that isn’t just a gun given a kit like Sojourn and Ashe. I love the more experimental characters like Sym and Bastion and this seems right up my alley.
Same for me. As I haven´t played FPS-Games like Call of Duty it is still nice to see different forms of "normal" weapons for DPS but one with a drill which can even travel underground sounds fun.
Id argue Bastion is far more in line with your average fps character like Sojourn and Ashe, i dont think he fits the more experimental dps gunplay like Sym, Mei, Junk or Echo
I must admit that I´m not good with Sojourn, the last new DPS, but Venture looks very promising. Cool concept with the digging and explosive shots means even if you´re not too accurate you can still hit someone. :)
@@93Chowo sojourn has a low skill floor and a relatively lower skill ceiling than other heroes. If aiming is your problem then that isn’t a “some heroes thing” that’s every hero
@@kirin8735 As I said, I can play certain heroes better than others for example Junkrat, Sigma, Lifeweaver and just because I like to play them more doesn´t mean I think Sojourn is a bad character, if you think that. Good thing you don´t have to like and/or play every hero to enjoy the game. :)
@@cultooskno, that’s the support hero space ranger in between Moira and zenyatta. Most likely a character so early in development that it just has a placeholder 2d icon for the character rn.

I've been playing OW so long that I actually guessed her kit pretty accurately just from the first glimpse at the artwork. Granted, I figured it'd be a burrow ability similar to Reaper's teleport, except it'd have an AOE damage when you "teleport". I figured she'd have a laser beam like zarya/sym given that she's a miner and the scifi trope of futuristic miners is that they use lasers to mine (Starfield, No Man's Sky being examples). But I'm sad that I was able to closely guess this character. Everything in OW has become so derivative that a new hero comes out and it still somehow feels like the same crap because ultimately they're just pulling abilities from existing heroes and slightly tweaking them.

@@brandonaguirre9188 it's the representation that matters. There's people out there all around the world still being killed and jailed for being queer. It makes less sense to get worked up about pronouns than it is to have the pronouns in the first place. But that loops back to being about the representation for certain people

@@asimplepie2279 they/them has always been used as singular and the only reason it was becoming a thing is because it was been more accepted, search the rise in people using their left hand to write when people realised is was diseased and cursed, it’s the same thing it’s become accepted and people don’t care as much anymore so you’ll see more non binary people

Is the silhouette of the tank an animal?
Besides that I guess the hero we get after "Space Ranger" will be a new tank? That could mean that we get new heroes for each role in rotation again.
