R hop is two piece rubber. "R hop patch" which fills up completly the window on the barrel (and do not stick into the barrel) + flat bucking which goes as a "sleeve" over the patch.
@@Soopy.19618 Yes, R hop is by far the most efficient Hopping system which excels with heavy BBs. For HPA thou, it is not necessary as even with stock rubbers (f.e. G&G green) you can lift 0.48g bbs

Does R Hop mean rotary style hop up? Or is rotary style hop up just a different way to adjust the hop up?

For HPA, even flat hop is enough :) ... for AEGs Rhop is awesome if you want to hop 0.4g+ bbs
