Haha, this might be the one of the trickiest parts. You can't really jump because if one foot pushes more than the other, you're a gonner. I kind of fall and grab the bars as I kind of gently jump, aiming for the back pegs with my feet. Sometimes I purposefully miss the pegs and just land on the ground because the balance isn't in the right place. I am for the pegs because I am too fat to land on the pedals. They are way too close! haha cheers man 🤙

It may feel like putting the bars behind you but for anyone else trying this pls don't do that lol.
The position is central to the bike, you want to be in the middle of the spin which is evenly between the peg and bars. Do not reach for the peg bring the peg to you and stay centered. Leg in to speed up the spin.
    Great video 👊🏾

Oh? Perhaps we are saying the same thing and I did not articulate it well? I absolutely agree with what you are saying. Though maybe to stay central, it feels like moving the back? Cheers Jay🤙

Flatland freestyling is about frustration abnegation and success

Abnegation? I would also add, perseverance. (Although I'm not sure if I would have used abnegation…) 🤙
