Love the way this video is presented with bottom picture. You talk about something on the small screen and show something else on the bigger screen. I love that. nice job
I like it. I even like the green color on this one. Love the detailed review. If I were in the market for a SUV this would definitely be on the short list.
Really good video. Your commentary is very well organized, poignant, and succinct, and what I really like is your usage of various original and some stock video clips showing all of the Pathfinder’s features up close with you narrating PIP instead of full frame (like so many video reviewers do) or any sort of flip flop back and forth. It’s an excellent and well thought-out production detail that makes your video actually valuable and worthwhile.
Glad Nissan is improving hope they start updating their cars. I love this new Pathfinder glad ditched the CVT added a 9 speed automatic transmission body looks stylish love the Rock Creek wish could had done bit more with that trim.
Nice! Massive congrats such a great product being sold at a decent lease deal rn. Good thing about NMAC is you should be able to extend for another 6 months if you like
Just got a 2023 Pathfinder SL, drove it 700 miles and we absolutely love it! Most comfortable ride ever and plenty of room. Also, most 3 rows are $20,000 more, if you can find them. Nissan has leases that make getting a worry free vehicle very affordable.
Thanks for sharing information and your opinions on this vehicle, Kevin. You present very calmly and in a matter of fact sort of way which is what true shoppers want and need. A 2024 hybrid Pathfinder is due out later this year. Hope the mpgs improves. If not, the Mazda CX - 90 will be tough, if not insurmountable competition.
Thank you my friend! And yea the CX-90 looks like it’s going to crush the competition. They came out with a detuned in-line 6 engine with 280 hp and it is now priced very close to this segment and CX-9 while being a RWD based platform. Very curious to test one out
I was very impressed with the refinement of the new Path so quiet but I’m not surprised the Pathfinder isn’t sold in Europe there are other choices that sell better
Only thing i hated about SL premium package was that it did not have Memory Seat and steering control does not engage until cruise control is turned on unlike Hyundai. Other than that I'm 90% happy with SL Premium
Nice video but the front passenger seat is exceedingly LOW! To the point that I am largely looking at the hood and I’m 5’10”. No height adjustment. Is there a fix? Loved it otherwise.
I have a 2023 SL 4WD model Pathfinder and the GPS sucks. I have used Garmin and Google maps for years and Nissan needs to redesign the interface to be more user friendly. The stop/start is not great. I turn it off as the auto brake does not play well with the stop/start system.
I'm trying to decide between this or palisade xrt. Both are very nice. Hyundais warranty is too good. Also I think they are doing 3 yr maintenance too.
Palisade is a great product but most dealers are price gouging right now and because a lot of hyundai kia products have been getting stolen lately, you may want to ask your insurance company if they will insure the car. I think Statefarm won’t insure certain model years of hyundai and kia so just double check
Have you tried to fix it with parts not being readily available? I was hit from behind and it took 5 months to repair it. My problem is not the car but people who put it on the market without securing proper service. My rating is AVOID!
stay away. For the money it costs, its not worth it. Go for Toyota. Lots of small issues that Nissan should be embarrassed for having it released. 43K km on it, and I already had window issues with it rolling back up. They told me it's because of use and dirt on window. I had to pay to get it working properly (and no, i don't use it in dirt fields, or bogs or some off road shit, just city driving). Not under warranty. Rear window wiper, when on intermittent, makes a weird noise from under the dashboard. Lots of people have this issue. Apparently it's design that way. I call BS. When you hear it you will know. At 43K I'm hearing squeaks, cracks and clunks throughout the vehicle. The steering wheel volume button is already broken. Under warranty but still. Seriously? This isn't a ford fiesta ffs. It's the freaking Pathfinder. I found the 2nd row trim to be in poor design. Cheap plastic. I will need to figure out how to cover the wear and tare on it soon. The rear seatbelts seem to keep clunking against the rear pillar it's mounted on. Not all the time, but it does. I found the FOB to be pretty weak in terms of performance even with a brand new batter. The remote start? it works, it doesn't... i never know. It's -20C and I'm walking out into a cold card despite believing i turned it on. Maybe it's just me, but truly, check it out. I have to say the ride is great. Fuel economy..? meh. could be better. the 4wd? what 4wd? despite it saying 4wd on the tailgate, it's an AWD system. the driving aspect is nice, i have to admit. it feels good going down the road, but it's not "quiet" . the noise proofing is not that great. Especially with the sun roof. If you want a family suv, look somewhere else, or just go with a minivan. They have AWD ones now. I wish I did. #nissansucks #nissan I am truly disappointed.
Our power seats in the SL put us at whatever height we want. My wife is very petite and she loves the power seats in front. They give all great field of view.

Looks like Nissan has got a real winner with their Pathfinder.
I was definitely shocked when I first tested this car very impressive product they could improve some infotainment graphics but overall very good
I like it. I even like the green color on this one. Love the detailed review. If I were in the market for a SUV this would definitely be on the short list.
Hey Sam thanks as always for supporting I def agree that green pearl is a nice color for this SUV pretty good value for the segment

Thank you for the review. I leased one today for 18 months . I trust your evaluations.

Excellent job my friend congratulations on the new Pathfinder and I’m glad you leased for a worry free experience
Just got the Nissan Pathfinder SL Awesome suv, love it
I just drove home my new 2023 Pathfinder SL with the premium package.
Very cool looking SUV 👍
Yea I def like the side and back front is now growing on me

I think it´s a good offraod SUV for a fair price unfortunately we don´t have more since 2014 the Pathfinder here in Europe , thanks Kevin.

Excellent reviews and explanations 👍👏👏👏👏👏 Thanks
Glad you liked it!

Well done review. Thank you. My biggest gripe is no option for a tow package on an otherwise standard SL, or even an SV.
Thank you my friend and I agree they could have made the tow package available on more trims. Have a blessed Good Friday and weekend.
I just bought one with the tow package. Your dealer just didn’t have one I guess.
@@kevinlanning2291 good to know, thanks! An SV or standard SL?
SL luxury package I saw some with and some without tow packages
Some great input. Thx for the Vid!
Def nicer than a Highlander. Good job Nissan 👏🏽

Beautiful vehicle! Unfortunately Australia only gets black, silver, grey, white, red and blue. I'd only buy it in green 😆
Gray looks nice! But yea I def understand the Green is sweet
Boulder grey with black roof is awesome. Unfortunately I ordered mine back in Aug 2022... 6 months later, they haven't even started to build it.
Cheers Kevin!
Hey thanks for dropping in on the first review of the year!
@@MeynMotorGroup I'll be here for ALL your reviews throughout the year!
I can never thank you enough, I hope you and your family are doing great feel free to reach out anytime
@@MeynMotorGroup We're doing alright, and will do.
Great to hear!
Better design than previous years but that blinker is weak.
How come they don’t give this a Pro-4x trim?
They gave this the Rock Creek treatment:

Since this isn’t a real truck based vehicle
good point .....if it was only rear wheel drive , low range a true off roader like the 4Runner

No worries and if you get any updates please feel free to share with us! Thank you

Why spend an extra $10k from the base trim when the engine is the same? Also that green color is a hard No
Because the higher trims lease out the same since it’s more desirable so there’s no need to compromise in life if you know how to buy this stuff
Rides like stiff butter. Nice.
Stiffness is for the handling stiffness also contributes to a great ride when done properly but these are concepts that will take too long to explain
This is the closest thing to a Japanese Range Rover
This certainly looks like a Rover but I guess Japan’s true rover would be the Lexus LX 600 which now just looks like a Durango from the rear sadly

Glad that they didnt go with 3 cyl turbo..like a nissan rogue😂😂😂😂😂
That is a very weird little engine but surprisingly sounds good unlike 4 cylinder engines
Yo bro
Hey brother thanks for dropping in first review of 2023 😅
@@MeynMotorGroup Yup bro and another Classic but new year vehicle I see lol 😎🤝👍🏾👍🏾
Horrible seats! Super low and can’t see out clearly compared to competitors
Our power seats in the SL put us at whatever height we want. My wife is very petite and she loves the power seats in front. They give all great field of view.
The platinum has the best seats on the market. They are insanely comfortable. 10 years of design based on zero gravity nasa concept
