Zincica was not about to make "great tasting drink", it was more of about to preserve waste from "ovci syr". So it doesn't get wasted. Not many people like it for the taste, but it's traditional... in past times, to lost anything edible was disaster, there was lots of hunger, powerty, and also wars. And there was no refrigator.
