I have a DE, found I can adjust the mounts to lower the engine enough to where I don't need washers to clear the strut bar. (with 5/16" plenum spacer installed)
Looking at these mounts as an upgrade/restoration piece for my aging 350z. How do these compare in terms of NVH when paired with the OEM transmission mount? BTW your poly diff bushings are amazing- totally transformed my car for the better with no penalties!!
I just got another 2017 370z with 56,000 kms.. I bought the car certified and I didn’t notice on my short test drive but I think the engine mounts need replacing and or maybe tranny mounts. I guess this is a common issue.. When I gear down and release the clutch it takes 1.5 seconds before it engages. When I press the gas there’s a delay in momentum and if I let off the gas my head jerks forward 1 second later.. does this sound like a mount issue? Love Z1 btw, you guys have been excellent in customer service and parts in the past.
I just put these motor mounts in my car yesterday I didn't know that you can adjust these notes I just took them out the box and install them will I have any issues or are they both measured the same when they come
Z1Motorsports hell yeah thanks for the response I feel a lot better now I was worried about the vibration but I was reading that that's normal I don't mind the stiffness as long as I have less sway of the engine and less rattle. Thinking about getting the transmission mounts now
@@thehillshoopties1939 no they weren’t going to fit according to a z one employee luckily I emailed them before they shipped them out and they were happy to switch them out for the ones I needed
You can, but just know that solid mounts do transfer a decent amount of NVH throughout the vehicle. We would recommend our Urethane Mounts for the street.
I was in the middle of installing new oil pump. Lowered crossmember and my motor mount fell out 😭 just ordered these from Z1. OMG I'm never going to drive this car.... Lol
I just Installed these motor mounts on my G, I feel hella vibrations at idle But when I drive it goes away yet when I come to a light it comes back.. is that normal ?

Gotta pick these up next week and install them on the G, driver side mount is shot.
Can't wait to have them
love this place...

I wish you guys had a Columbus, OH location!!! I’d already be working there 😍
Would these give me more space to install a single turbo kit like the momentum kit on the Z1 car ?
Awesome products! I see on the website that these shave 2 lbs off the original mounts. Is this 2 lbs each or 2lbs total for both poly mounts?
Does this mount add vibration during idle?
Is this the one i need for 08 g35s? Sedan.

How long does it last until you need to replace it?
Any interest in making a softer durometer insert?
It's adjustable. You can adjust the polyurethane height to get less vibration

Out of the box, these mounts are set so you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

thatpoeticthug which ones did you get. The solid ones or the urethane ones?
@Fernando Barrera why do you guys ask about the poly or the solid? I was about to buy the urethane ones soon
Will 370z mounts fit my 350z I accidentally bought the wrongs z1 mounts
Did they fit?

Can you use the solid motor mount on the streets

You don’t like the z1 ones ?
So how do I know if I need these?
A very shaky motor or one that jumps when revving
Z1Motorsports gotcha. Looks like I only need the differential and transmission bushings. Thanks

Yes it's normal , the mounts transfer a bit of the engine vibrations to the car but nothing as serious as solid motor mounts would feel
I run these mounts, my car gets up and goes
