Hello, You said something about using mobile data and not the home wifi. I disconnect the home wifi and i lose connection in all.
Please set as video show, u need set camera to connect your home wifi
One basic thing is not clear. In home, I need to on a WiFi for camera. But when I am out of home and out of the reach of that WiFi, how will I connect that camera? That condition which WiFi I should search to connect in the app?
please follow setup in video, then u can view camera even no wifi connect

Hey i have the same camera but the name in the wifi settings starts with BCC so i can't connect it with this v380 app. I don't get it
