The V380 Pro app as a setting for Lamplight sensitivity setting (low, medium, highh). Did you check the effect and usability of this setting?

this is great video, is this required to connect the same WIFI network to display the video from mobile outside of setup region.

Absolutely brilliant but . . . . . . . I already have a NVR with other cameras and want to add this one to it. The camera assumes it's all alone and uses wifi and cloud storage but guess what?I want to add it to my NVR AND do it via RJ45 cable. ANy help/instructions will be appreciated my friend :)

Thank you for taking time and trouble to produce this video. I have the same camera. I have 9" tablet for local view and communication in the kitchen.
a. But my camera is not connected to my A50 samsung phone as yet. App is loaded on the phone.
b. V380 default country code is 86 (for china). One can choose many continents and countries but no option to enter Pakistan or enter +92 (country code for Pakistan) to receive alerts from camera or to connect phone to camera when I am away.
c. I have 1 TB HD on my laptop and I would like to do the recording on the laptop, how may I make this connection.
d. Is there any way to physically protect the camera (without effecting its performance) from someone throwing a stone or hitting it with a long stick.

I have a brand new cat shaped one. Just out of the box and using the wire it came with, it won't charge at all. I'm not sure if this is because I have the USB plugged into an indirect power source (charging lamp, computer, etc) and need to plug it directly into the wall, but no lights turn on and it remains dead

Thank you for your help - the factory instruction did NOT work at all... there is just one little issue - when trying to set up the wi-fi connection for when I'm abroad, for example, the device won't connect to my home's wi-fi. It's not even showing it in the list in the additional setting you showed at the end of your instructions... would you have any idea why this is happening? The camera itself is in the immediate area of the router 🤷♀🤷♀🤷♀

Hi Ricky. I recently purchased a V380 Pro camera. This camera is different from the one you used in the demo. My camera has 4 antennas and two lights, one on either sides of the head. I followed your video and still could not successfully complete the full installation. I connected the camera to my wi-fi successfully but, my android phone keeps asking me to scan the barcode of the camera. What am I doing wrong? Please help.
Click add device then scan the cameras barcode

There will be an add button(+ sign) on top right side of the Home Screen of the app

The other day, I was accessing the live image from a remote location on my cellphone, when a message appeared below saying a V380 upgrade was available. So I started the download. However, afterwards, I could no longer access my camera on my cellphone. Can anyone tell me if I need to be next to the camera and WiFi to be able to reactivate the cam, perhaps by performing a reset ?
Hi Wasay, thank you for the instruction, my only problem is that the PWD section on my 380 camera is blank, meaning no password printet on the little sticker. But your instruction will help.

I've used this camera and app without any problems, but recently I got another network in the house I wanted to connect the cameras with. Because of the weather the sticker with the device ID is unreadable and smart WiFi connection won't work. Do you have any tips on how to connect without knowing the device ID?

Have you sorted it out?
It could be the wifi network that automatically switches between 2,4 and 5ghz. I always have to switch off 5ghz wifi when adding smart home devices that only use 2.4ghz. it won't discover them with 5ghz on. When devices is added I turn 5ghz back on. Your wifi network usually has an app to access the settings.
