I have already used a v380 pro outdoor camera and I was very happy and needed a extra camera for indoor so I decided to go with the same brand!
just wanted to share my experience with everyone if you decide to buy the same camera or any cameras with v380 pro app.
the set up was actually really easy because the app will let you know if there is any devices ready to pair and guides you through the process step by step!
hopefully this will help you set up your cameras easily.

Do they need to be in a same Wifi? I mean if the mobile is not connected to the wifi but its connected to internet and camera is connected to internet by its own wifi network, is it possible to set the system up?
What to do if the wifi name is not showing in the option in cctv
So if im connecting through wifi to my phone, i cant use the camera if im away from home?
you can use the camera when away. its just the way to set it up with that app 👍
@@gooddealguyinc for me is only working when I'm connected to the camera wifi, when I switch to the normal wifi it disconnects

I want to ask is there something i should do to record it on memory card or it will be automatically recorded when i do all steps that u explained ? And if i insert 64gb card every when it will be full and i should empty the card to restart recording it ........ thanks in advance 😊
yes you can use memory card or use cloud storage for monthly fee. SD memory card is cheaper option .
I want to change the sim card in the camera and it keeps bringing offline what can I do?
honelsty I don't know because I used cloud storage . but it shouldn't make diffrnce . just take the card out and put new one . I have to try and will let u know .

Hi, my cctv came with 2 screws how can i install it outside my door? Do you have a tutorial?
this on is indoor and not waterproof for outside . you have to check hours make sure its possible for outside
the manual should be in box not sure I dont have instruction for that sorry
@@gooddealguyinc there should be a base plate where i can insert the cctv so i can install it outside ( balcony) the problem is there's a Missing part 😔 the seller didn't include it so now i cant install it outside 😕

yes there is a share option in settings .

its under the lense .same place you can reset
Is this work on 5g?
I believe it's 2.4 BUT your router has both 2.4 and 5g signal . it should work 👍
how to use laptope
not sure .never tried on laptop . try installing the v380 app on laptop ?
use Android simulator to your laptop.
How can I connect if I am away ?
you connect it to your phone and your WiFi when you are at home . and you can check on home when you away from home . please follow the instructions in video. hope this helps

@@gooddealguyinc sorry... lieramaer-o203 asked about remote access when you're out of the house ( not on the same wifi). E.g., to check on kids or pets when at work. I think you did not talk about that at all
@@daredelois8402 this video showing you how to connect it so you can see from any were . this is the same way I set up all my v380 pro cameras . if you check out some other videos with v380 or v380 pro cameras they are all set up the same way .
