On my phone I decided to update the app and when I finish everything was normal. Later I open the app and it was writen in Chinese or something with a countdown, after the countdown it start to install something. I turn off immediatly my phone. I reopen it and it happen again. So after turning back on my phone I was playing in my settings and suddently an installation in background started all written in chinese. What is that? Are they spying on my home?

You go on your tablet and open some unknown software which we can't see due to overexposure period combine that with your accent and the obnoxious music; this video is basically worthless. Such a shame as you seem to be the only one that knows how to connect these cameras to the Wi-Fi but yet we can't understand anything you're saying or showing.
Hi, my camera setup fine and I can see it on my phone, but when I turn my WiFi off on my phone it won't connect and show the camera feed anymore, and will not work unless I have the WiFi on the phone on and on the same signal so that means I can't monitor the camera if I'm not in the house. Open the box plug the camera into the power cable. *Download the v380 pro app *switch off your phone wifi and connect to camera wifi normally starts with MV........ *once that is connected you should be able to view the camera ONLY WHEN YOUR NEXT TO CAMERA. * Now to view camera when your ouside you need to go to settings on the v380 pro app. Go to network and find your home Wi-Fi and put in the password for your home WiFi. * once your home wifi is connected you can swith your WiFi off on the phone and still be able to view camera from anywhere in world. I have fixed the problem. Its quite easy.
Open the box plug the camera into the power cable.
*Download the v380 pro app
*switch off your phone wifi and connect to camera wifi normally starts with MV........
