- This is a wireless camera which doubles as a spy camera. It communicates via a WiFi network with a phone. The WiFi also links this camera to the internet to enable remote view through the V380 app designed for this camera.
This video takes you through a step by step process on how to install this camera from the beginning to the end till the camera is fully installed and ready for use.
This video can be used by beginners and those with no prior knowledge of CCTV Camera installation.

Will you have to start the configuration process again when you want to connect the camera to another router or is there a shortcut to do it?
You would have to configure the other router too. You can use the AP Hotspot configuration method. You can watch that method in the video below

So does the camera have an on off switch for outlets that are always on with no wall switch? Also must your phone stay on the ssid they gave you or can you switch back to THE BLESSED? Im assuming the live feed wont work if im at work and the camera is home. Thanks for the video
Yes, the camera has an off and on switch for the light. You don't have to stay on the ssid, once you set it up to record, you can even monitor the camera from a remote network. The Live feed works even when you are out of the local area network.

It doesn't show any indicator, unless in the night where the light could be turned on since it is designed to work as light in disguise.

Any router works on this camera, even if you don't have a router, you can connect to the ssid of the camera without using a router. The router only helps to connect the camera to the Internet

Yes, you can view it wherever you are in the world, once you have Internet on the router.

Yes, you can move it around, provided the location is within the coverage of your router. In case you are connecting the camera direct to your phone without a router, your new locations should he within the reach of your access point and your phone

No, the bulb has a control on the app where you can switch on and off. Even in the off state of the bulb, the camera still works

Yes, you can but you must have Internet connection into the camera to be able to do that

Without a wifi, you can connect it direct to your phone via the access point of the camera. In that case you cannot access the camera over the internet when you are far away from home or office where it is installed.

I have installed a micro SD card but i can not see the video. I only see a singel picture of the motion detection alarm. The SD card is formatted in the camera and show 100% . I like to see the video but not conect to the cloud. Is that possible ?

which software or app can I use to play Videos from SD card.I tried with VLC and it was Unsupported .
With this camera, you can play the videos on the SD Card whiles the Card is still in the camera. You can use the playback function to do that
I just bought mine but the bulb is different at the top it has screws but this one is rounded. Please how can i go about it?
The process will be similar, just that the Access point name format will be different, you can refer to your manual to check how the name of your camera's access point will be like.

You can add a camera through the add button you used in adding the first camera. The process is same as the first camera

You can use the hot spot of a phone as Internet source to the camera but you can't use thesame phone for remote view of your camera.
Please Sir some of us would have loved to see how the bulb holder installation went about for us who have to use the holder the camera comes with. The color code for the positive and negative of the cable used to give electrical power to the bulb holder. Please help with this
It is a normal lamp holder and you may even decide to use a holder for normal light bulb which is already installed.
If you are not very conversant with Electrical works, you may have to ask an electrician to install the lamp holder for you.

You can use your phone data but you can't use that same phone to remotely log into the camera
I did an installation of two bulb camera, I was to scan the qr code from the phone but I couldn't so I use the AP hotspot connection, but the two camera can't work at once, I have to disconnect one camera. Also if I leave the place, the camera stops working. What do I do?
1. The two cameras should be able to work at thesame time. You should check your setup.
2. Have you used your phone as hot spot to the camera? If not, the camera should work even in your absence.

Yes, power to that lamp holder must be always on but you can turn off the light on the camera from your phone whiles the light switch is on.

please when i move away from the source of wifi and try to use my mobile data to view, it cant connect. i am using the camera"s own app called SUNISEE and not V360. I have also downloaded the v380 app but it cant connect to the bulb.
That means the there is no internet connection into the Camera. Please check the internet connection to the camera.

The camera comes with a Reset pin that you can press and hold for a brief moment to have the camera Reset.
I've tried several times but couldn't connect to the internet but can only connect to the hotspot and when I tried to view more that one camera it is not possible.

The camera itself does not have a switch, it has a reset button. The switch would be the one controlling the light socket

My problem is Reset Button. no response when I press. I setup camera wifi password but now not recognised. I think factory reset will help
You need to press and hold the reset button until you hear a response.
How to reset the settings of the bulb, it doesn't have any button i can press to reset
There is a pin hole at the side where the memory card slot is located, you can reset it from there using the provided reset pin
Due to power outage problem I converted my camera on ups power supply but every time it make voice when electricity off plz answer
You need to setup an emergency power supply instead of the UPS.
In later videos, i will be sharing my knowledge on how to setup back power for CCTV and for other purposes.

You can use two cameras concurrently. You can just add the second camera through the add camera process i illustrated for adding the first camera

I tried installing a bulb camera for a client but it completely failed. I could not figure out what the problem was up to date. It gave me hard time configuring it.
You can follow the process i outlined invthis video and i believe you should be able to set it up
The recording stops anytime i close the app cant it stay on continuously because it interrups the recording storage
I suspect you were recording on to your phone. you need to record to your sd card. the sd card recording does not stop when you close the app.

Yes, you need to reconfigure the new router as the source of internet to the camera.

If the light is gone then will the camera be switched off?
When the light on the camera goes off, the camera still works.
But if you switch off power to the camera holder, the camera will go off

Yes, you can view your camera wherever you are in the world, provided your Internet is active.

Please reset the camera to default setting by using the reset pin and start the process again.
Ensure you properly enter your wifi password correctly when you are required to enter wifi details.

The bulb camera works without a WiFi but if you want to access it from a far distance away from where you place it. you will require a WiFi
