Regarding the issue that these are not deleted scenes;
From the Alternate Versions page on IMDB:
Original Theatrical Release during the scene when Ace inspects Snowflakes tank, he only sneaks out and finds the missing stone from Finkle's ring. In the home video version, he jumps out and prentends to be Hans, the Dolphin Trainer. The HBO version shows the Theatrical Version.
Network TV version features footage not shown on the video version, including:
A scene in a bar in Ray Finkle's hometown;
Ace gets up on stage with the band Cannibal Corpse during the concert and sings;
Ace attempts to extract information crucial to locating the bar from a distraught gas station attendant.
Ace calls Emilio from the mental hospital and an elderly resident immitates him. Ace takes Melissa home after they leave the mental hospital and she kisses him goodnight.
Ace visits his hippie friend again and tries find out a connection between Einhorn and Finkle looking at their credit report. Also, Ace phones Emilio from the Mental Hospital to tell him about Finkle and Einhorn.
Many scenes added in the T.V. version which are missing in the home video version add missing essential story elements, making the rest of the picture more understandable.
In the network version, there is an additional scene near the end where Snowflake, upon Ace's command, steals Einhorn's gun. Ace then tries to command Snowflake to give the gun to him, but the dolphin gives it back to Einhorn instead.

I watched it in the theater, and purchased the VHS when it came out. I must have watched the VHS like 20 times during the 90s, So I remember every scene. I just purchased the Blu Ray double feature version which has number 1 and number 2. On the first one(Ace Ventura pet detective) It clearly says on the front cover " featuring additional footage not seen theatricallly "----- But none of these scenes are included???? why???? false advertising lol!!!!!! I clearly remember seeing the dolphin trainer scene on the VHS version in the 90s---but now its gone--- you would have thought that for sure they would have included these scenes in the BLU RAY RELEASE--- so I can watch the movie like I remembered it!!!! These parts are not even included in the special features, at least they put in 3 episodes from the animated series which I remember as well. Thank you for making this video with all the deleted scenes.
Mandela Effect
I used to quote the dolphin scene all the time. I watched AVPD on vudu recently and was like WTF.

Time reasons, because originally in the script the whole film was suppose to be much darker. There was also supposed to be a scene after Ace crashed his car while chasing Dan Marino's kidnappers. The white pigeon landed on his car, he gets it singing "I got the white pi-geon! I got the white pi-geon". Then, in a parody of The Birds (1963), he is surrounded by birds that started tearing him apart. Then he wakes up with a big "whew." It was removed from the finished film since it was deemed too dark.
The VHS version very much has the dolphin scene. That's why I was so confused to see it as an outtake in this video. I watched it several hundred times as a kid in the 90s, it's not the Mandela Effect.

It's even better knowing that he was actually a big fan of Cannibal Corpse in real life so he had it arranged to have them be the band in the movie.

I wish there was an extended cut version of this movie on DVD and Blu-Ray. Same goes for Ace Ventura 2: When Nature Calls.
Probably in 2024, they would show it on Ace Ventura: Pet Detective 30th Anniversary - The Extended Cut.

The bar scene was a deleted scene. But they used to always show it when the movie was on cable
I remember seeing the directions to the pig skin sports bar one when it aired on TV. It wasn't on the VHS version I had rented previously. Loved that scene.
I think I liked the TV version better than the theatrical version. So cool to get these bonus scenes. I wish "When Nature Calls" would get its own DVD with a bunch of deleted scenes like this.

I used to quote that Dolphin trainer part so much as a kid. I watched the VHS tape with it on it so many times I had it fully memorized, lol. I got annoyed when they'd play the movie on TV and that part would be missing. And stupidly enough it's missing on the BluRay version too! Keep your old VHS tapes people!

I have the VHS version(since 1995) and later bought the DVD version and the Hans scene is cut out, just noticed today, and I'm fuckin pissed! Why take out one of the funniest scenes?

I'm in Canada. Saw only the first scene in theaters and on one DVD but bought the box set and none of those scenes are on it.
I've never seen this deleted scene with Canibal Corpse, it's hilarious. It's the routine Carrey did on Arsenio emulating Napalm Death doing a duet.

All these scenes may have been in the theatrical version. (I did not see it in the cinema) but when it came out on VHS, all of these were not included, especially not in the DVD. I am talking about the UK versions now. I thought these were only on the U.S version of the Blu-Ray but apparently not. Only on Blu-Ray Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls has finally been uncut. On the VHS and DVD they were cut :/

In the American VHS I had as a kid, from the 90s, the dolphin bit was in but the other two scenes weren't.
