I went from a 4 to a 6-7 when I leanmaxxed. The transformation in my face was shocking. My face used to look bloated and sad with droopy eyes. Now, my face is lean, sharp, and everything from my jaw to eye area looks much better now. I noticed an immediate difference in the treatment I got from girls out in public. Sodas, candy, and other sweet foods/treats will ruin your looks if you don't carefully restrict them. (Of course, leanmaxxing can only get you so far if you've got a bad facial bone structure, but many people are less attractive than they should be because of an unhealthy diet.)

The gym makes a crazy difference. Chicks will literally look at your biceps like they're breasts. Especially if you raise them over your head like your scratching your back, that bicep crease is like cleavage. Also, flexing pecs/bouncing pecs have straight up caused an ear to ear grin.
Lifting weights is probably the most significant thing you can do to make yourself more attractive to women. I was a virgin until I was 20. 10 months after starting to workout I lost my virginity and started seeing a significant difference in how women treated me. I would say I was a normie and not sub5 before though. I still think it would even help sub5 people though too. I would recommend anyone try to lift weights before giving up altogether. Do older men and women ask if you're single, or married? Are people generally interested in your relationship status? Do young girls act really shy and giggle when you're around? Do you get random free stuff when you go places? Does it seem like people trust you more than others? Do people assume you're "a smart guy"? Do service workers (TSA, security guards, toll booth attendants, etc..) that don't need to smile and be nice, are nice and smile at you? Are you able to command a room when you walk in? Do people assume you're a manager or leader? Do strangers ask for your advice, or directions? If you're a Chad you've always assumed everyone is treated like this. If you're not, this is a foreign language.
What's interesting is I've experienced moving in and out of the normie and chad zones. When I was in my late 20's I was fit and got the positive signals from women in this video. I then got married and became lazy and fat after a few years. I was then totally invisible to women. After divorcing in early 30's and hitting gym / diet again, the positive signals came back. The problem is when you are a chad physically, but with social anxiety, low social skills or game and no success in life, you get rejected by women with the same level of physical attraction, and you end up with women who have a lower level in attractiveness (ugly). Dude, I had something a little similar (but more with women's looks towards me, it was never with all the touching). I lost 20 pounds a while back, but 3 months later, gained much of it back. The difference in women's behavior was like being noticed as a "cute guy" regularly and then being invisible. I'm not single, so it's not a huge deal, but I was amazed at the difference, and I'm middie aged. Muscles are a plus but staying as lean as possible really makes a guys face project a more masculine look.

However, the social setting, your proximity to her existing affections, your shared interests etc gain significant weight after this interaction. I would actually argue that the long term attraction/repulsion is dominated by social/cultural conditioning.

Sodas, candy, and other sweet foods/treats will ruin your looks if you don't carefully restrict them. Lifting weights is probably the most significant thing you can do to make yourself more attractive to women. I was a virgin until I was 20. 10 months after starting to workout I lost my virginity and started seeing a significant difference in how women treated me. What's interesting is I've experienced moving in and out of the normie and chad zones. When I was in my late 20's I was fit and got the positive signals from women in this video. Dude, I had something a little similar (but more with women's looks towards me, it was never with all the touching). I lost 20 pounds a while back, but 3 months later, gained much of it back. The difference in women's behavior was like being noticed as a "cute guy" regularly and then being invisible. I'm not single, so it's not a huge deal, but I was amazed at the difference, and I'm middie aged. Muscles are a plus but staying as lean as possible really makes a guys face project a more masculine look.

There is a very interesting Star Trek episode that you may find interesting that comes to mind. Kirk and his team arrive at a planet and find a young couple running from a group of military types. During the first 3 years at university, I quickly noticed how girls from different classes were genuinely interested in the interaction, as in having a good friendly conversation and so on. But with me it was always "hello, goodbye" kind of thing, no one was interested in talking to me, even in group conversations I would rarely get acknowledged. We got to do our best with our studies, work, take responsibility, take roles, be as much a leader as we can be. Take care of our health, study and learn about human interaction, become more "charismatic" with people, be friendly, become more independent, and so on.

Wasn't really any bullying in my high school, but I've had some girls act all friendly/interested and try to include me (if that makes sense) even when I was the quiet kid and never made any effort to socialize first.
