Well maybe it's the wrong wording. Like you can say that someone is objectively attractive, but that does not mean that you are attracted to thema and that you want to date them.

What's interesting is I've experienced moving in and out of the normie and chad zones. When I was in my late 20's I was fit and got the positive signals from women in this video. I then got married and became lazy and fat after a few years. I was then totally invisible to women. After divorcing in early 30's and hitting gym / diet again, the positive signals came back. Another way to tell is you’re sub 5 is if women are straight up telling you that you’re ugly. Sometimes women actually mean what they say and I think when women say a guy is ugly they mean it. I went from a 4 to a 6-7 when I leanmaxxed. The transformation in my face was shocking. My face used to look bloated and sad with droopy eyes. Now, my face is lean, sharp, and everything from my jaw to eye area looks much better now.

@@Slynell1 I'm no nutrition expert, but I know that eating processed sugar greatly increases the amount of fat the body stores, and this includes the face. Sodas, candy, and other sweet foods/treats will ruin your looks if you don't carefully restrict them. (Of course, leanmaxxing can only get you so far if you've got a bad facial bone structure, but many people are less attractive than they should be because of an unhealthy diet.)

Are women giving you compliments on anything, clothes, shoes, your job, school, hobbies?
Do women playfully tease you, or want to take things like a hat or jacket from you?
Do older men and women ask if you're single, or married?
Are people generally interested in your relationship status?
Do young girls act really shy and giggle when you're around?
Do you get random free stuff when you go places?
Does it seem like people trust you more than others?
Do people assume you're "a smart guy"?
Do service workers (TSA, security guards, toll booth attendants, etc..) that don't need to smile and be nice, are nice and smile at you?
Are you able to command a room when you walk in?
Do people assume you're a manager or leader?
Do strangers ask for your advice, or directions?
If you're a Chad you've always assumed everyone is treated like this. If you're not, this is a foreign language.

Imo, you should always have self confidence, regardless of your looks. At the end of the day, you can’t make women your main goal. You should always improve yourself, whether it be through working out or learning a new skill. Nothing beats the confidence you get from seeing yourself progress, regardless of if you get women or not.

Lifting weights is probably the most significant thing you can do to make yourself more attractive to women. I was a virgin until I was 20. 10 months after starting to workout I lost my virginity and started seeing a significant difference in how women treated me. I would say I was a normie and not sub5 before though. I still think it would even help sub5 people though too. I would recommend anyone try to lift weights before giving up altogether. There's literally no downsides to trying since at worst you'll still get the health benefits.

Based on my experiences when I was in my early 20s I’m pretty sure I *was* a “Chad lite” but have dropped down into the lower echelons of “normie” since then, not due to ageing (both my parents look young for their age, they’re in their mid-70s & look younger than most people in their 50s, and I have inherited their good genes), but because I let my fitness / physique / body fat percentage / skin condition / etc. slide, and am working my way back up as best I can.

As a Sub-5, and on a regularly consistent basis disregarding pointless discrepancies like lighting, distance, and special angles, I'd say that I average about a 3.5 or so out of 10 in the face alone, ranging anywhere from 2.5/ 10 on my worst days, to maybe a 4/ 10 if I'm lucky. Something to note is that it's important that you are also aware of the rating/status of the woman whose reactions you're analyzing. I have had a lot of girls interested in me all of my life, but it's always been in a creepy way. They always had odd, obsessive, and slightly aggressive personalities. The girls who would cut themselves, the girls with abusive families, and the girls with zero friends would catch onto me and not let go even after several rejections. I always felt bad for them because it was clear they had problems, but they would abuse me physically and emotionally at times, so fuck them too. Started working out and working on my confidence and within a few years became a chadlite (girls asking me out, telling me im hot, talking to me, flirting with me, even got sexually harassed at work many times and I didn’t really know it). Let me tell you of my moment. In High School, I was late along with 2 other guys. 1 is a friend(S) and the other is a friend(T) of the friend. Our school's policy is that we had to get new ID's because we were late. There were about 3-4 girls there as well. All of them are giving attention to T. So S gets his picture taken, no responses from the girls. T gets his picture taken... in fact he can't even take his picture because the girls are swarming him. Feeling on his chest, fair, hair. Commenting on his looks. He finally gets his picture taken. Next was me. No response from the girls. I'll never forget that shit.

Dude, I had something a little similar (but more with women's looks towards me, it was never with all the touching). I lost 20 pounds a while back, but 3 months later, gained much of it back. The difference in women's behavior was like being noticed as a "cute guy" regularly and then being invisible. I'm not single, so it's not a huge deal, but I was amazed at the difference, and I'm middie aged. Muscles are a plus but staying as lean as possible really makes a guys face project a more masculine look.

This is fairly accurate. As someone who used to be a chad, then became a sub5 to end up as a normie again after hard work, I can tell that he's spot on for the chads and the normies. However when I was a sub5 I didn't get looks of disgust or offense though. I was merely invisible to them as if I couldn't possibly be a sexual being.
