Here is a question...Tennessee wins and rematch with Bama V Tennessee SEC champ game...Tennessee ends the season as #1....with Clemson, Michigan, and TCU that are undefeated...so, what happens if Bama beats Tennessee in the SEC champ game...now Bama is a conference champ...Clemson, Michigan and TCU all win conference Champ and undefeated...does Bama leap Tennessee and will a 1 lost Tennessee not a conference Champ remain in the top 4??
I'm a lifetime Dawg fan. I'm happy with Kirby. I think Heupel is also a worthy coach and Tennessee have earned the respect. I said a few weeks back that Vegas would probably favor whichever team was playing a home. Greatest matchup of the year. Go Dawgs.
Appreciate you saying that man, you’re one of the few GA fans I’ve seen showing any humility and respect. These are two elite football teams and it’s gonna be one of the toughest games either of them have had in a long time. GBO 🍊
Smart is heart and UGA through and through. My belief and hope is, that by the time he chooses to retire, he will be * the * most legendary coach in UGA history. And one of the greatest coaches ever.
Matriculation and Modus Operandi? Josh isn't just out here keeping us informed on football, he's keeping us up to date with our SAT words too. Good man Josh and Go Dawgs!
I'm not 100 percent sure on his use of "matriculate," though. I've only heard it used to refer to enrolling in college. But we are talking about college ball here. So, maybe he's using it as a metaphor for something?
@@tryggestad My dad said an old time CFB used to say things like "They matriculated the ball down the field." So maybe the phrase lingers, but yeah, enrolling is they way I typically hear the context.
@@tryggestad Hank stram was the coach of the kansas city chiefs in 1970 and during superbowl 4 he told his team to "Matriculate down the field" which became a famous saying because that was the incorrect usage of the word. That is also why Josh mentioned in the video that he is a big kansas city chiefs fan.
Josh, excellent analysis, thank you. Have a great trip to Athens. I am a die hard TN fan since my attendance there from 81-84, this is the best I felt, even over Fulmer's 98 team. Three things TN have to do, 1. win both sides of the line scrimmage, establish a good (not great) run game, and finally strike deep and fast.
I'm a lifelong Dawg fan. I just came from Greece and I saw a Vols fan there! I had my Georgia cap on and we acknowledged each other in respect! It'll be a great game. Go Dawgs!

I told my son 10-2 before the year. 2 losses to AL and UGA. I am shocked they are this far ahead of schedule. Do I think we can go to Athens and win? No! But I also did not think we would beat Bama. So may the best team win. But I think we can meet again this year.
@@gregoryviers7722 they sure can go there and beat the dawgs at home. I like Georgias chances but Tennessee might be the toughest team we’ve played in a couple of years honestly. Plus we have shown a tendency to blow assignments on defense against lesser competition so I just hope Hyatt isn’t running wide ass open all game long lol

Kudos to you man. My UGA student, daughter will be there, but she has no idea the gravity of this game. Doubt she will even stay for the whole game. Breaks my heart. lol
It will be one of the most exciting things you will ever see. Football in the south and the SEC is nothing like you will ever see in the Pac 12. GO DAWGS!
Dern CBS had to have first pick and they only get one night game per year. Wasted it in Bama. We Dawgs haven't had a night game in two years!! We are really tired of it!!! Should have been a night game for many reasons!! But Sanford Stadium- Dooley Field will be rocking as loud as it has ever been!!! GO DAWGS!!!
I was at UGA when we played Notre dame (away and at home) but man… when ND came to town that was the absolute loudest I’ve ever heard Sanford in my life. I think every bar in Athens was screaming right back at us the whole city was shaking. If we did that for Notre Dame, I know… the dawgs are gonna come 300% louder and ready to bark at them Vols. It’s gonna be a hell of a game, unstoppable force vs immovable object. Can’t wait for kick off, go dawgs!!!!!

Going to be a hard fought game. Hope my Vols can pull it off. GBO!!!! Win or lose, just happy for this team to be in the conversation. Crazy for year 2. Nobody seen this coming.
Wouldn’t have been this fast without transfer portal, but credit to Hoepel for taking advantage of it. Will be great game and good to see Tenn relevant again in the east.
Im just excited to even witness this game. I'm a Vols fan, but after Bama, Florida, and LSU, I cannot be happier with a 2nd year coach. I am happy as a Vol fan regardless. This season has far surpassed ANYONE'S expectations. Go Vols, and BEAT GEORGIA!!
Tennessee fans hedging they might lose is the worst. After all the trash talk and for years Tennessee fans telling me if you don’t win the Natty none of it matters anyway. Nahhhh… if y’all don’t win the natty it was a meaningless season right? That’s what Tennessee fans have been telling me for YEARS. Well… up until last year anyway. Can’t have your cake and eat it too!
I’m a Volunteers fan that is confident that the Volunteers will make a statement Saturday by defeating the Bulldogs in Georgia in a thrilling close game.
Same, brother. It's taken me weeks to be a believer and I've been a TN fan for almost 50 years. I think a lot of people are gonna be absolutely shocked at what happens on Saturday. Vols are for real.

This is it. The biggest game of the year so far. The top ranked team and biggest story in college football traveling to Athens for a date with a fellow undefeated and defending national champions. There have been big games in Athens in recent history, 2013 vs LSU, 2015 vs Alabama, last season vs Arkansas, but none will compare to the environment created Saturday afternoon. Most of the biggest games of the Kirby era have taken place in a neutral site, but this will be anything but neutral. Maybe Athens won’t quite be what Neyland was for the Florida and Alabama games, but it will be far tougher than Pittsburgh or Death Valley at noon was. I’ll be in attendance and I’m absolutely radiating with confidence and nervousness rolled into eagerness and intrigue. What interests me about the line was not necessarily the 8.5, but the movement over the last week. Before last Saturday, UGA was -12.5, and now that’s been bet down all the way to UGA -8 after Tennessee painted Neyland Stadium red with Kentucky’s blood. I think we are truly seeing a matchup between the best offense and defense in the country. Josh was right when he referenced UT’s rushing efficiency on early downs as a key to the game. UGA has not really been run on effectively this season, Oregon had some success but they also faced almost no commitment to the run due to the game flow and Oregon’s rush offense is one of the best in the country. Missouri hit one long run on a missed gap assignment but other than that was shutdown. Nobody else has hit 4 YPC on UGA. UT has an underrated run game that’s hitting its stride but I have enough faith in UGA to mitigate their effectiveness on early downs, especially with Jalen Carter back. Of course Tennessee’s passing game will cause issues, Hooker would get my Heisman vote right now, Hyatt is arguably the best WR in CFB right now, and Tillman is an absolute dude that dominated UGA last year. You won’t shut them down, but you have to force them to drive methodically, limit the quick strikes to Hyatt that killed Alabama. I think UGA will be able to limit that with more tape than Bama had as well as being stressed less by the run. Tempo and mobile QBs have given Kirby’s defenses issues (Manziel’s A&M teams, Auburn with Nick Marshall, and Deshaun Watson’s Clemson in particular), but he’s older and more experienced now and better adapted to counter those offenses. Tennessee will score 30+, but likely has less offensive production than accustomed to. The matchup that will determine the game is Georgia’s offense vs Tennessee’s defense. This is almost always the case in matchups between elite offenses and defenses, the other matchup winner is usually the team that wins the game. Tennessee’s run defense is Elite+ this year, UGA is a top 5 rushing offense in YPC. I think UGA has some success on the ground but I don’t think they can overwhelm Tennessee’s front in run blocking and thus won’t be able to dominate with the run game. Where I do think the one mismatch in the game lies is UGA’s passing offense vs UT’s passing defense. UGA is top 10 in the country in YPA and it comes on around 35 attempts per game. UT’s pass defense showed against Alabama that not only are they susceptible to big plays, but they can also be beaten by a death by a thousand cuts style of pass offense, the type that UGA thrives on. I don’t think Tennessee can adequately cover Brock Bowers or Darnell Washington given how effective Bartholomew at Pitt, Zipperer at UF, and Latu at Alabama were against them. UGA’s time of possession, short-intermediate, tight end centric passing game can both wear out Tennessee’s defense while being able to put up points as well as keep Tennessee’s offense off the field and disrupt their rhythm. Our pass blocking offensive line is outstanding, and while Stetson Bennett has been a bit inconsistent of late, we know that he’s capable of playing amazing football in big games, such as last years Orange Bowl or the opener against Oregon this season. Tennessee can absolutely win the game. Josh is right about them having the capability of hitting that freeze point and at that point they become almost unstoppable, and paired with a run defense good enough to make most teams mostly one dimensional, they certainly have a formula. But I think Georgia’s offense is severely being underrated right now, this is the best offense of the Kirby era, and combining that with the home field advantage as well as having a defense that can get enough stops on UT’s offense, the stops Bama could not get. Give me the Dawgs to win a shootout, 41-35.
Great take from a VFL....We are playing with house money IMO. No one expected TN to be here this season and if they say otherwise they are lying. It will be exciting to watch and I hope the refs stay in their lane. If TN wins by more than a touchdown I believe the committee will look to keep GA out of the playoff. If Ga wins I will be a GA fan for the rest of the season which should allow TN to remain in the top 4 at the end. Either way this is going to be a great game. Best of luck and GBO!
@@jeffcallahan6540 I think whoever loses still has a solid shot at the CFP, they’d need the other to win the SECCG and for one of TCU and Clemson to lose.
UT o line play will tell the story in this game. They surprised a lot of people with how they mashed Bama. They’re good. If the line plays like that against UGA I think that’ll be the key.
They won on a last sec field goal could have easily been the other way around. 17 penalties a stupid play where the guy tried to pick the ball up and dropped it . 2 missed field goals Alabama should have won refs were horrible in that game but it is what it is I hope Tennessee wins. That way Alabama see’s them again want go the same way the 2nd time around bet you money Alabama wins.

@@rockytoptom 100%. If Georgia can run and Stetson makes good decisions, it could be ugly in favor of Georgia. If they can't, it might get ugly in favor of Tennessee. Either way I expect a close game like 2016.
Enjoy the show. 1 quibble, you have the teams UT played listed with the rankings AT THE TIME. So, UF Is ranked for UT but not for Georgia. & Pitt is no longer ranked. It’s a little deceptive. Just my two cents.
@@clerbybrands not really not near as bad as Oklahoma was in 2017. I don’t know why people think Tennessee defense is that bad there much better now and have gotten better every game. I really believe they will surprise people in this game how good Tennessee defense plays.
Georgia said, “Challenge accepted, bully ball it is, Josh!” It’s a beautifully scary thing to watch Kirby take a team seriously in the offseason, and then watch that plan executed by some stone cold killers in real time. This was not the product of a week or two of preparation. They’ve been waiting on Tennessee for a while, and they just made a very clear statement. Don’t look past the reigning champs. You’ve got to earn it.
Georgia is a really good open field tackling team. Its defensive players hold their spots well enough to keep play to the inside. Georgia is has very good defensive team speed, they close quickly to the ball. I like Georgia, the line is large and the over/under is high as well. As a Dawg fan, bring it on.
Georgia is a really good football team and I know there fanbase is passionate as well as ours... Here's to a great football game on Saturday and win or lose I'm just so proud of my Tennessee team this year !!! If Tennessee is balanced and getting at least 4.5 on average on the ground or better. Georgia going to be in for a rough night and Vice versa if uga is balanced it’s going to be tough on the Vols. Can’t wait for this showdown. Go Vols.
Not sure how anyone can think we know more about UGA than the Vols when we've only seen 3 meaningful quarters of football from them all season. Home field, a staff/players who've been in this moment before, and a whole playbook that can be used in a seemingly win-and-in scenario means Tenn needs another great 1st quarter or this may turn into UGA's game to lose.
I’m a lifelong Georgia fan!! I’m so excited for this feel like a kid on Christmas!!. If we play like we did week 1 against Oregon, and if Stetson can be on target with his passes, and limit mistakes and our defense stays how it’s played we aren’t gonna lose this game
Georgia vs. Tennessee is the 1st "game of the century" since 2019. 1 vs 2 doesnt happen in the regular season too often. Can't wait for the game! I don't have a dog in this fight, so just looking forward to a good game with alot on the line.
I was telling myself before the game that Bennett is a lot better than even the sportscasters are making him out to be. He can do it all: Short passes, dump passes, the long ball, he scrambles, he can really hurt you as a rushing quarterback (in fact, he is noticeably better at this than Hooker). I was telling myself, "If TN assumes that they've got this because their QB looks better than SB, they are going to get blown out of the water." Sure enough...not only did Bennett expose the TN defense (which has actually improved since the AL game), the GA defense turned Tennessee's "high-powered" Indy 500 offense into a Matchbox. Not to mention that I don't believe Tennessee actually beat Alabama. There were way too many questionable calls in that game. On top of that, Tennessee was playing at home. To make matters worse, the media made Tennessee out to be flat out better than Georgia. And, if that were not enough, the CFP committee put Tennessee at number 1 and Georgia at number 3. I knew this was going to mess with the Tennessee player's young heads. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Georgia or fans of Georgia were behind all of the social media hype. This video was the one that caught my attention more than any other one because of the title's wording. How can one quarterback expose the other one? No one ever claimed Bennett was Dan Marino. But, Bennett can deeply hurt you. This guy is going to go pro somewhere in the world Bennett is a heck of a lot better than most quarterbacks in college football. He is always blindly underrated. I just had to come back here to respond. In conclusion, after watching all of this unfold before the game, I said to myself that Georgia was going to give Tennessee the whoopin' they got. Oh, and after the poor showing of Ohio State at 1-7 Northwestern, and 4 losses in the top 10, UGA deserves to be the unanimous #1 team in the nation in all polls. That being said, I do agree that coaches play a lot of mind games with opponents. It very well could be that they are setting up Georgia to feel overconfident for the SEC championship game. The thing is that Tennessee now has to go up against LSU who just beat Alabama. It's not like Tennessee blue away or anything. So I'm not so sure that Tennessee could afford to just throw a game and assume they were going to beat LSU and Georgia in the SECCG. To me this is looking more and more like UGA is the number one team in the nation and will win the championship again.
Problem is most tickets are going to be georgia fans. How many tennessee fans thought this game was going to be a top 5 match up and bought tickets at the beginning of the season.
georgia fans also dont let anyone else overtake us... there wont be orange in that stadium. thats like saying georgia (who also travel very well) will have a good bit of red in yall's. it just wont happen.
Hey Josh, You might to you freeze point for defenses and boiling point for offenses. If an offense can get to where they are so good they hit the vapor point, then they can't get frozen by a defense anymore.
@@TheMoody2006 that's my running theory, the stadium is big enough that large amounts of the fans are far from the field so their noise seeps out the open end instead of reaching the field
Tennessee fan here, The Tennessee rooster is not where Alabama is. Even during that game, Alabama players looked different. In the end Tennessee was the better team, but give Heupel the roster Bama has and it would be obvious. Tennessee has a coach winning games with a the right pieces there.
Yeah but the rest of the schedule is totally winnable especially Texas am this weekend we’ll see but with an all new coaching staff it’s to be expected this year but next year that no 8 recruiting class will shine
Georgia has the tape from Alabama to learn from and home-field advantage. Still have to execute, but that's a lot. Expecting a good game and good outcome. Not sure if my heart will be able to handle this one. Go Dawgs!
Georgia also got blown off the ball against Oregon and now lost one of the best defenders for the year. They aren’t gonna stop the run at all. Oregon was pushing them around like children
Everybody has access to the freaking of the Alabama game. Home field shouldn't make s difference with noise...officials maybe. They can just do so much. I believe that you'll most likely be disappointed. So much so that I wouldn't put any kind of money on the Dawgs. I don't think they have faced anything like tennessee this year.
@@tannerpuckett9249 yes Georgia beat Oregon 49-3 but Oregon ran the ball very well in that game. But Oregon’s offensive line dominated that game. Granted Oregon has arguably the best oline in the country but Georgia can be pushed around. Oregon averaged 4.5 yards per carry while rotating all their running backs because they didn’t know who the best rb was at that point. If Oregon’s defense had kept them in that game Oregon oline domination would’ve been talked about a lot more
If Jalen Carter stuffs the run like he is known for, Georgia wins it. Biggest issue I foresee is the loss of Nolan Smith. Who replaces him and are they ready for the moment? Think UGA wins by a TD.
You pointed out a key factor early... Can UGA stop the run? Any normal day UGA completely shuts down UT's run; losing Nolan Smith makes this a bigger question mark. If our back-ups can step up, then UT is in trouble. Second, missing AD Mitchell has been big in slowing down UGA's passing game... but while you said he's out... that might not be the case (Carter was listed "out" for the UF game, but that was a little white lie). This may be the case with Mitchell.
@@gaiterat6187 You misunderstand me. I'm just pointing out we're missing a guy in Nolan Smith who'll 100% be a 1st round pick (he'll be the 2nd OLB taken in the draft right behind Will Anderson). We have talent... my point is our young talent is REALLY GOING TO HAVE TO STEP UP!! Same with our WRs; 2 (possibly 3) of our best are out... so again we need our young talented guys to step up!! But call it a gut feeling (or lack of a bad gut feeling)... I truly feel like we're winning this game outright!!! Usually have a nervous gut before some critical games like the SEC Championship last year; but I'm honestly not really worried about Tenn. Not saying it will be easy or to take them lightly... UT is Damn good & if we don't bring everything we have to the game we'll get embarrassed!! But I think these Dawgs are hungry & angry... and will show up with a chip on their shoulders 💯!! Meanwhile I think Tenn us gonna show up riding high thinking that offense is unstoppable, we're gonna show them just how wrong they are. Yeah they beat Bama in a last second shootout... BUT WE'RE NOT BAMA, AND UGA IS GONNA SHOW UP & SHOW OUT SATURDAY!!!
I'm not trying to fight you, but....every game with Tennessee right now will be an offensive shootout. These guys are just playing like they do not fear a defense. And at the same time, Tennessee's defense is getting scary good. Not enough people are talking about that because the powerful offense is distracting them. Whether Will Levis is overhyped or not...Tennessee still got 3 INT's on him and a LOT of sacks.
Look at what Tennessee did to #10 LSU At Death Valley. I think their offense is well adapted to handle tough away environments. If you have a few big plays early, you basically take the crowd out of it.
@@HD_tempest is the environment better? Athens vs. Notre Dame was hype as hell a few year ago. Athens is a tremendous college town. Trust and believe that the atmosphere will be electric Saturday. Tennessee fans aren’t the only ones who can make loud noises.
@@danielmoore411 well Neyland is alot louder that Athens is on any given day!! Tennessee is use to playing in that so that crowd isn't going to hurt them
As a VFL, I hate to admit it, but the easiest path to the CFBPO for TN is to lose this game close. That way they don't have to rematch Bama or LSU or face yet another West team in the SECCG, because I think at 11-1 they still get in. But then again, TN has done things the hard way more than once this season, so why stop now? I also like a previous commenters take. TN is playing on house money. At the start of the season, I'd have been happy with 8-4 regular season and I'm sure a lot of other fans would have been as well. Now, even a loss to GA is likely an 11-1 regular season (assuming MO or SC isn't a trap game). So win or lose, I'm still of the opinion that "It's great to be a Tennessee Volunteer!"
This is about to be a wild game. Really hope UGA can hold it down. Easily the best team we've faced this year. Tennessee has some stallions on offense. Hopefully we can take care of the football and show a balanced attack. Need that O-line to hold up. Go Dawgs!!
I have to admit and eat some crow because I was not sold on Tennessee being legit earlier in the season. This is going to be a great game. And honestly, I absolutely have no idea who will win this game. But I do agree, if Georgia loses by at least a touchdown, their season is over. Tennessee, I feel, can lose this game and still be in the running for a CFBPO spot. Tennessee’s strength of schedule is by far superior to Georgia’s schedule. It’s not even close. This will definitely be the game of the weekend.
@@nateisinvincible actually people didn’t. Tennessee only recently became relative. And who knows, with the patty cake schedule Georgia has, and their struggles with these teams, it’s hard to figure out who they are.
Stop it already. You ain't no GA fan. If you are, then you're just a bandwagon fan. You sound like a guy whose woman wears the pants in the relationship. Unfortunately, there are way too many of your type around these days.
Josh!! Great podcast my friend!! You are the BEST!! And, No!! If Georgia losses they will be out the playoff picture unless they get some serious help. Also, yes!! The key to Tennessee's success is the ability to move the ball on the ground, which starts with the Offensive line. Georgia will be missing their premier starting LB due to a pectoral tear. They also maybe without Mims who is a starter on their O-Line. With that said, the 1st and 2nd quarters will be very telling in the is game. Tennessee will be fully healthy on both sides of the ball for the first time in weeks. Bottom line, Tennessee will stuff the run, lock down the WR's and frustrate the TE's, all the while putting pressure on Stetson. They will put points on the board and force GA into a panic by the 3rd quarter. Tennessee is about to shift the CFB world on its axis by blitzing the heck out of GA's secondary and by the 4th quarter, Tennessee will walk away with a 45-20 victory over Georgia and solidify that an Old Football Power is repositioning itself back a Top of the SEC. Tennessee is locked, loaded, focused and poised to win between the hedges, and quite all the nay sayers!! Tennessee, with that win, will position itself to be SEC Champs and playing for a Natty in the 2022 season!! Go Vawls!!!
Mims isn't a starter. You surely can't think that UGA is worse than Bama, and that you beat Bama at home, with them getting 17 penalties and messing up a punt. I'm all for being a big fan. But come on. Smith is a great player, but more a DE than LB.
@@curtiseggleston4792 his assessment is correct. Your meaningless position correct makes not a difference. We will pass at will, and will run the ball.

I'd love to hear the question asked, though it may not yet be ready to be answered: "Where is Tennesee coming from?" I like how in his show he compared this Tenn team to the 2019 LSU because it really does feel that way. But every sudden success has, in my opinion, one of three directions. 1) a new offensive/defensive system that just works very well (think the introduction of the Air-Raid or even Auburn in 2013 running Malzahns offense before everyone figured it out), 2) a sudden rise of a coach who brings in the right staff and philosophy to a team that was poorly managed, or 3) a heisman candidate that was discovered. Right now I'm leaning 3 because I don't see the other two as well, but Hooker is a hell of a QB.
Tennessee just don't have a very good defense this game is going to be a lot like the Bama game the only difference is Georgia has a better defense than Bama I believe I could be wrong but that's why I believe Georgia will win I hate Georgia more than Bama 😂

11:42 The last team to successfully push Georgia into a corner at home was 2019 South Carolina, and THAT took overtime! An entirely different quarterback too!
Tennessee offense spreads the field using its full width creating one on one matches. Bama couldn’t crank up its traditional pass rush because of this setup. This game could turn into a offensive game with last possession winning.
UGA plays their best games vs highly ranked teams, especially at home. Our secondary will be the best one tenny faces this year, guranteed we get 2 maybe 3 pix on hooker. That will be the difference in the game. Take away 3 possessions from tenny and give them to us will be why UGA will win this game 38-30. UGA's TE's will dominate tenny's defense, they dont have anyone to stop bowers nor washington. They will both have TD catches Sat with 1 of them having multiple TD scores, likely bowers.
Hendon Hooker's TD to INT ratio is 54 TD's to 4 int's in less than one and a half seasons at Tennessee...with one thrown all year...INT's aren't really in his DNA .Georgia may want to come up with another game plan if that's how than plan on winning..lol BIG ORANGE CRUSH !!
Does defense still matter? Just wondering? Most analysis just focus on offense. So does d matter? Offensive numbers --points per game UT #1 / UGA #6 yards per game UT #1 / UGA #2. That is pretty much a wash. Defensive numbers --points per game UT #26 / UGA #2 yards per game UT #79 / UGA #2. That's a significant difference. Plus the game is in Athens. I don't get why all analysis, including Josh (who I love), act as if it only and all about Tennessee's offense.
Look, I’m a Vols fan and I think Georgia will win this game. I think Georgia has a defense AND offense we haven’t even seen yet this year. They’re just great. We are on our way. I jus don’t think we leave Athens with a Win. But I hope we can keep it close and competitive, and then win out.
Kelee Ringo is the number 1 rated Corner in college football. Christopher Smith was up for Jim Thorpe award. Freshman Safety Starks may be the best DB on the team. Bullard is a shutdown Corner.
I hope they forget UGA still has Smith (pick 6 Clemson) and Ringo (pick 6 Bama) and that unknown freshman Starks but we don't have a secondary. Got it.

For those of us who remember the days of Hershel Walker at Georgia, and Payton Manning at Tennessee, THIS IS THE WAY IT USE TO BE!
Exactly!

Blowout
I will say, Tennessee fans travel very well. Expect to see a good bit of orange in Athens!
Unless they keep tickets to themselves.
Problem is most tickets are going to be georgia fans. How many tennessee fans thought this game was going to be a top 5 match up and bought tickets at the beginning of the season.

I don't understand how Georgia drops to number 3 with no losses
Georgia has the tape from Alabama to learn from and home-field advantage. Still have to execute, but that's a lot. Expecting a good game and good outcome. Not sure if my heart will be able to handle this one. Go Dawgs!
Georgia also got blown off the ball against Oregon and now lost one of the best defenders for the year. They aren’t gonna stop the run at all. Oregon was pushing them around like children
What? 😂 we beat them 49 to 3
Everybody has access to the freaking of the Alabama game.
If Oregon’s defense had kept them in that game Oregon oline domination would’ve been talked about a lot more
This is the absolute strangest takeaway I've heard from the UGA-Oregon game. I don't even think Oregon players/coaches would agree with this
If Jalen Carter stuffs the run like he is known for, Georgia wins it. Biggest issue I foresee is the loss of Nolan Smith. Who replaces him and are they ready for the moment? Think UGA wins by a TD.
I got Uga by 6 🤷🏽♂️🧢

Vols by 3
You pointed out a key factor early...
Eh, no excuses. Are backups were probably 5 stars. We're not gonna blame injuries like Bama
@@gaiterat6187 You misunderstand me. I'm just pointing out we're missing a guy in Nolan Smith who'll 100% be a 1st round pick (he'll be the 2nd OLB taken in the draft right behind Will Anderson).
If it's a defensive game, Dawgs all day. If it's an offensive shootout, I'll be real nervous. Go Dawgs!
If it’s a defensive game dawg turds. If it’s a offensive games VOLS by Fiddy 🍊🍊🍊
@@tjlift22 keep that confidence up! That'll help us!
I'm nervous about how our boys will handle the hostile atmosphere. I'm sure Athens will try to come close to where Neyland can get!
@@j.wilson1000 you better not start slow 😁😁
Deep breaths. LOL. Whatever your pick is, I'm good with it.
Go Dawgs
But i do love the state of Tennessee, and the people of Tennessee.
Look at what Tennessee did to #10 LSU At Death Valley. I think their offense is well adapted to handle tough away environments. If you have a few big plays early, you basically take the crowd out of it.
Suppose you don't make big plays early, what then? You may not get the same start in Athens as you did at LSU.
LOL, LSU is not UGA. Not even close.
@@danielmoore411 the environment is miles better than Athens but ya the teams aren’t close
Tennessee is use to playing in that so that crowd isn't going to hurt them
This is the best take I've seen. GBO
WHO has GA played all year? Struggled with KENT ST? MISSOURI??
Maybe but they dominated the number one team today.
Meanwhile Tennessee lost to South Carolina and got embarrassed by 15-0 Georgia
South Carolina WONT win this year
@@dondon98 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Dawgs by 2 tuddys
Georgia's season won't be over lol
They'll lose by at least 5 if not more.
“This will definitely be game of the weekend”. Yeah no shit Sherlock. Everybody done knew this for a while now. Hell, it’s game of the YEAR 😂
@@nateisinvincible actually people didn’t. Tennessee only recently became relative. And who knows, with the patty cake schedule Georgia has, and their struggles with these teams, it’s hard to figure out who they are.
@@jonathanlawson4667 for the college football playoff it would be.
instead of "freezing point," you could use "boiling point" to avoid the inverse analogy.
As a georgia fan, our turnovers and secondary giving up big plays to Hyatt are going to kill us
Stop it already. You ain't no GA fan. If you are, then you're just a bandwagon fan. You sound like a guy whose woman wears the pants in the relationship. Unfortunately, there are way too many of your type around these days.
Nah
Nope.

Ahhhhh, so glad I saved the link to this video. Ha ha! Go Dawgs!
Tennessee is in the bottom 5% of CFB for pass defense man wdym you’re going to lock up the bear TE room in the nation 😭😭😭
@@clerbybrands Tennessee fans are the most delusional in the country during a normal season lol. This year, i only expect it to get worse even if they lose.
Feels like this game will be decided by turnovers

Every UGA fan I've talked to says they aren't worried about this game. Bama fan here...they need to be because I see TN taking this win!
Tennessee offense spreads the field using its full width creating one on one matches. Bama couldn’t crank up its traditional pass rush because of this setup. This game could turn into a offensive game with last possession winning.
Maybe
This did not age well did it buddy
Hey Josh, if ur gonna be in Athens during gameday, where u gonna set up at?
UGA plays their best games vs highly ranked teams, especially at home. Our secondary will be the best one tenny faces this year, guranteed we get 2 maybe 3 pix on hooker. That will be the difference in the game. Take away 3 possessions from tenny and give them to us will be why UGA will win this game 38-30. UGA's TE's will dominate tenny's defense, they dont have anyone to stop bowers nor washington. They will both have TD catches Sat with 1 of them having multiple TD scores, likely bowers.
I do expect their defense will be stout, but 3 picks on Hendon would be… like an entire season worth. I just don’t see that. Should be a great game!
Tell me you haven’t watch Tennessee play without telling me you haven’t watched Tennessee play. How many ints has he thrown in the last 2 years?
